I order extra cheese and don’t get extra cheese. no garlic butter on crust. Told by the store that “that is extra cheese.” Very disatisfied with quality of order and they don’t seem to want to fix it. Customer service doesn’t seem to care either. Told “bring it back to store and we will decide if it’s incorrect.” Will be contacting corporate. Had this issue too many times. Will be going elsewhere for pizza from now on even though we are frequent customers. I love Domino’s pizza. I don’t love this specific locations quality of food or customer service.
Update: After returning to the store and having to argue to get our order fixed we got our extra cheese pizza. Jacob the cook is very full of himself and doesn’t seem to care when he makes customers unsatisfied. 2nd pic is of extra cheese pizza. Me and husband both have 8 plus years of customer service experience ourselves. We wouldn’t be complaining if this was the first occasion of bad service or bad food quality. We have had several occasions of bad food quality now. The lack care from these workers is unreal. We will no longer frequent this location.

Worst pizza place ever!!! They make fun of you, they don’t care about regular customers. They think that if they just give you a free pizza, everything will be fine. They insulted me over the phone because they made a mistake.

it remains the worst place and the worst pizza. This place ends with the Domino’s brand. We waited for the pizza for 2 hours and then after 1 hour on hold the pizza arrived cold, hard and burnt. Hot coke. And when finally someone answered the phone and we started making the complaint, the attendant simply hung up the phone.

They will not get no rating from me because today they really really screwed up my order big time. I told the person Wednesday when i called to set my delivery time for 11:30 AM in the morning. I paid for the pizza (almost $200 worth) and the person flat out lied to me and said it would be here at 11:45 AM. I get that yall were busy. I called back at 11:45 and they said it was on the way to my address so it would be there at 12:00 PM. So 12 came and still no show. I called back and she said it was supposed to be there that he was in a white truck. So I waited and waited and waited but no one came or showed up. So I called again and she said that I said it was for 11:30 PM. I do not work night shift. The people there at dominoes are dumb. They cannot even get the time right, how in the world do they even get the orders right. The person who took my order was new and she was very very unprofessional. I may or may not be ordering from them again. They better give me my refund and the next pizza should be free.

Ordered 50 dollars worth of pizza and almost all of it was inedible. two pizzas had literally no sauce, when we asked for one with extra. and the cheese pizza had so little cheese you could see the crust through the no sauce it had, it also somehow tasted like pepsi and i’m not even sure how that could happen. Called and asked for a refund because it was FIFTY DOLLARS OF FOOD NOBODY COULD EAT, and the phone wasn’t answered after calling 5 times, when we called the next day we finally got connected to someone just for them to tell us that the refund was something wrong we were doing on our end even though i read the receipt to him word for word everything he asked, he said he would call back later and i received no call and when i tried to call back the next day there was apparently a refund issued already. it’s been a week and a half and still no refund!! Edit: Just remembered we also ordered garlic knots too and they weren’t even knots, they were just bread

I ordered my food online and I even called ahead of time to make sure my order would be right and I got the food not to soon after. The delivery guy was on the phone majority of the time and he kept dropping his phone which. More than likely caused the pizza to become even worse. It is beyond greasy and the pizza has not been cut it is unorganized and beyond a absolute hot mess the twisted knots were burnt and the pasta was scarce.. the manager told me all she could do is give me store credit she refused to give me a refund because she claimed they don’t give refunds unless the food wasn’t given or it was canceled. She gave me store credit for only the pizza and the twisted knots. I will be calling cooperate and receiving a full refund this is the second time I have had a problem with this establishment. They will not be receiving my service any longer!I pAid over 28 dollars for this mess !!! Terrible service do not go here! The grease is even leaking from the box. I don’t even think the manger believed me she even told me if I come down there they could re-do the meal, but I am disabled and this would be extremely hard for me. She did not care and said well mam I don’t know what else to tell you.

10/10 Domino’s don’t mess around. Waiting for my delivery then boom out of nowhere some random guy tried to throw a punch at me. Then my delivery driver pops up from dominos sees me getting punched. And then proceeds to drop kick this guy. She gets out like she did not fased a bit. Goes back in the car hands my pizzas and my 2L . I tipped her 100 bucks. Best pizza ever
