I got very bad cooked pizzas and when I show then and ask for a refund by returning the food without touching it they refused to provide refund or replacement and they treated the customer very bad

Great customer service and great pizza made just right.
So ordered tonight and they tried handing me a burnt pizza. Tried explaining that the edges should be brown not black the black would be too burnt and taste like charcoal. Guy seemed a bit snippy claiming if it’s thin crust it’ll look like that. Every time he makes them they come out like that. That’s just how it’s going to be. So apparently two times of ordering here is the best they can do. I guess I will try and check out another location. Thin crust was perfect at this location just two days ago. I don’t know what happened.

I’m quite disappointed with this pizza shop. It’s the fourth time they’ve messed up my order. When I get home, I find that one or more ingredients are missing from my pizza. The most frustrating part is that they ask me to come back to the store to return the pizza. Why? It’s not my fault, so why should I have to make a trip? Why not just deliver? Crazy!!! I would not recommend this store. If you have already ordered, please check your order before you leave the store.

This location is horrible. I placed a delivery order. Once it arrived, not only was I missing items from my order, it reeked of marijuana. It smelled nothing like pizza. I called the store to tell them the problem, but they refused to give me a refund for even the item that was left out. I contacted customer service twice, but they keep closing my ticket without any resolution. I will never eat Dominos again.

Placed a delivery, order got here, wasn’t even the pizza I ordered. Had to leave my house, because they didnt answer the phone. Got there and they told me they could refund my order, but if I wanted a remake I was going to have to wait an hr! Come on now!! You mess up my delivery, make me leave my house to tell me I have to wait an hr for a mistake yall made? Terrible customer service! Ended up leaving with no food!

I come here all the time. All the time, to the point that I got a ton of points to get a free pizza that was New York style. The bread is thicker than an original hand tossed pizza and DOUGHY tasting. I asked for it to be remade but was told no, and I would have to purchase the pizza again because my pizza was free…the pizza is FREE because I ordered a ton of pizzas and got points. I didn’t appreciate the bad customer service. Sometimes they are forgetful and I have to drive all the way back and I just understand and make no complaints. Because it’s a free pizza, it’s okay that they made it incorrect??! I brought the pizza back to show them, Trent was extremely disrespectful and rude as if he was raised with no manners.

I placed an order for delivery for a large chicken and jalapeño pizza and I received the pizza 30 min later after tracking it since the store location is only 10 min away from my house. I received the pizza with barely any chicken and I asked for it to be crispy and instead it came soggy and cold. This is the 3rd or 4th time this is happened to me at this location. I called to speak to the very “helpful” manager named Kayla and she decided to hang up on me instead of listening to my concern. This is the worst location with the most disrespectful staff. I would rather pay $50 extra for delivery from another location than get it from this one. Save your time, energy and money!!!!! I will be taking this to corporate and I will make sure this gets escalated immediately because this is just ridiculous!

This company is a very trusted company. No matter the bad reviews that are posted on dominos, they have to agree with me that dominos makes the best pizza known to men. Besides most reviews are just about the staff. They aren’t that bad at all! In fact I feel sad they are blamed for it. I would rather blame corporate for how bad their ordering system is.
This place looks like any other great dominos. They have awesome seating with the utmost comfort.

I like the renovations/updates to the inside and the outside parking lot. They have a Coca Cola refrigerator and a chalk board with the specials. Thanks Mr PAUL and Mr COURT for your excellent customer service. The pizza was hot and delicious. The steps for the kids to watch the dough show is a cool feature. As an adult I also enjoy the dough show which is watching pizzas being made. There are about six different dipping sauces to choice from. They have two red modern seating areas if you don’t want to watch the dough show from the counter area chairs or if waiting in your car isn’t what you want. This location is nice and clean. There are several new businesses in this lot and I’m looking forward to the continued growth.
