I spent $40 to have pizza delivered to my parents. When they got the pizza it was flipped upside down. When I called a rude boy answered the phone and I basically had to greet him. He told me he couldn’t give me a refund unless I brought the pizzas back. How do you expect me to do that when I ordered delivery since I’m not mobile. Clearly that’s the point of delivery. He told me he would send my order back out which he never did. I called back this morning and another guy who again did not greet me says he doesn’t work the night shift so call back tonight because he doesn’t know what happened. I’m literally explain to him what happened. I asked for the number to corporate and he sat the phone down and didn’t come back. I have called 3 times again with no answer. I just want my money back. I will never order from Dominoes again. Pizza insurance is a scam. My $40 order was not edible and you offer me 20% off the next order? What next order? I couldn’t eat this one so why would I order again? I basically just gave y’all $40. I just want my money back.

During our call, I was informed that peppers and onions were added to our pizzas, and while I was notified of those changes, there was no mention that the pizzas would be missing sauce. Discovering the lack of sauce upon receiving the pizzas was quite unexpected and disappointing.

Additionally, I received a follow-up call informing me that I could not pay with cash due to a recent incident at the store. While I completely understand the need for increased safety measures, the manner in which this was communicated felt abrupt and dismissive. The
Rep refused to respond and disconnected the call.

Given that I paid over $30 plus a tip for this order, I expected a better experience both in product and in customer service. This has been a location we’ve ordered from in the past with no issues, so it was surprising to encounter these challenges this time.

I hope this feedback can be used constructively to improve the service and communication at your location. I would appreciate it if you could assist in addressing these concerns, as I am a regular customer who values the quality typically provided by Domino’s.

Been meaning to drop my 5 stars to 1 for some time now, especially after dealing with the rude management here. Apparently, Jerome (however it’s spelled) – the GM Manager – told me (today) to take my business elsewhere; I’m banned, for making “too many” complaints. This all stems from my order just last night… I ordered a Large 2-Topping and a Cheesy Bread (Spinach + Feta) off their coupon/deals. For the pizza, I chose EXTRA SAUCE. I called back to let ’em know I didn’t get extra sauce. The girl who made it stood 10 toes down, spine straighter than a flat butt that she did add extra sauce. Why would I call them back and say there’s no extra sauce if she got it right? Why would I? Jerome said I’ve been making too many complaints; maybe they decided stage this so I would call in and complain just to get rid of me…? Jerome told me in the past “If you’re not satisfied, send it back through the driver.” I said this to the young lady, to which she side-stepped and declared that “I know I added extra sauce because I made that pizza.” That “policy” suddenly disappeared, I see. I’m glad my phone can record phone calls because I would LOVE to share my humble exchange with Jerome and the top floor people of Domino’s to let them know they have a problem. I can take my business elsewhere; I shouldn’t patronize the very business that hung up on my dear Mother 2-3 years ago because they shorted her on her pasta (Spinach, Chicken & Alfredo) fillings, but that’ll be less DOUGH them. Ha ha! I’ll be contacting the BBB and FTC.

Took multiple pictures of this Hot Garbage just so I won’t be made a fool of. There’s more grease than sauce!!! Only good thing was the drink. The Cheesy Bread had more dough than filling.

Update: This establishment is ran by immature, emotional persons who do not care about the products they deliver. Food is poorly made, not seasoned, in July 2023. Call your bank and stop the payment to prevent robbery of your money in exchange for trash. Original comment: My family and I ordered one 12-piece specialty chicken pineapple jalapeño, one boneless chicken, one pasta dish and two medium pizzas. This order (order #1031) was made over due to the lukewarm temperature of the food. I didn’t inspect the first order of specialty chicken but I did the second time after eating three pieces. I noticed that the boneless chicken order looked larger than my 12-piece order. I was cheated in the quantity of the chicken pieces which are basically nuggets similar to the ones at the fast food restaurant Wendy’s. The sauce was meager and so was the cheese. I sent Domino’s pictures via its Twitter page of the specialty chicken pieces which were cut in halves instead of being whole pieces like the plain boneless chicken. I submitted also a screenshot of the online order but as of now no response from cheating Domino’s. I submitted this information November 17 and 20, 2021. Domino’s, you don’t think you did wrong by cutting chicken pieces in half but advertise them as whole boneless pieces? Bad delivery drivers smash your pizzas and deliver your order without a care. Remade pizzas get skimpy sauce on purpose according to manager. DON’T BUY HERE!

I said barbecue sauce as my base but sheesh, it’s too much! I didn’t ask for extra. They don’t have any pepper or any cheese anymore… what in the world.. the pizza is good otherwise, just too much sauce . . I can’t enjoy this.

Do not recommend this place every time I come here it’s a problem. Nasty attitudes, worker taking the wrong pizza and me having to wait 40 mins after ordering. I ask can it not be remade the guy said he doesn’t know how to make the pizzas and the guy who is supposedly the general manager has no customer service skills. Will not even let me do a feedback form from the app.

This is my go to pizza location when we are in the mood for pizza. I’ve never had an issue until today. My entire order was incorrect and when I called there was no offer to correct. We ordered the New York style which is supposed to be thin and 6 large slices. I received a normal pizza. Our 8 piece wings was all drum sticks and I was told they had no control over how they come out. I didnt receive any of my dipping sauces I paid for. Lastly when I called back to voice my concerns I was placed on an endless hold. I will find another location for our next pizza order. ~Very disappointed customer

I ordered a specialty pizza and cinnamon twists from this location thinking that the quality of the food would be better since this location is relatively new. I was wrong. My pizza had absolutely NO SAUCE on it and the cinnamon twists were OVERCOOKED and dry. The icing tasted old and just not good. Corporate got in contact with the store and I still haven’t heard anything from them. Just disappointing. I want my money back.

Not the best dominoes I’ve ever been to. One pizza got folded over on itself as they were trying to put it into the box because the young man was goofing around. The 2nd pizza didn’t get cut at all. Just a whole pizza. They also left out our sauces.
The staff wasn’t very professional & it felt like too much of a struggle to go back & have them fix it.

VERY DISAPPOINTING EXPERIENCE. IM NOT SURE WHATS MORE DISAPPOINTING.. WAITING OVER A HOUR FOR A MESSED UP ORDER.. OR THE FACT THAT THE OWNERS SON RASHAWN HANDLES CUSTOMERS POORLY. I ASKED THAT MY ORDER BE REMADE HE INFORMED ME THAT HE IS THE MANAGER AND I WOULD HAVE TO CALL BACK IN 20 MINS SO HE CAN CALL HIS BOSS TO SEE IF IT CAN BE REMADE ALTHOUGH I HAVE NO ISSUE RETURNING THE ORIGINAL PIZZA. AFTER CALLING BACK HE PROCEEDS TO PUT ME ON HOLD 30 MINUTES LATER KAREEM PICKS UP THE PHONE ASK WHATS GOING ON AND PUTS ME ON ANOTHER HOLD AND STILL HASNT CAME BACK TO THE PHONE . IM NOT SURE WHY ITS SO HARD TO REMAKE A PIZZA IM WILLING TO RETURN. THIS IS POOR MANAGEMENT, POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND HONESTLY A SLAP IN THE FACE. I WILL NO LONGER BE SUPPORTING THIS LOCATION AND I DEFINITELY DONT ENCOURAGE ANYBODY ELSE TOO. 0/10 WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!! VERY UPSET ABOUT THE WAY THIS IS BEING HANDLED.
