Beware, some of the people at this location do know how to read a ticket or make a pizza. The order was for two large pizza with double pepperoni, double bacon, pineapple, spinach, and onion in which they barely put sauce on. We also had order two order pizza the were dry as a dessert. I think the store has a food shortage issue and they are shorten customers to make up for it. When I called back and spoke with Davis which was suppose to be the manager (I am doubtful because of the lack of professionalism) said he would remake them and deliver them in 30 to 40 minutes. The problem with that is it was a pickup and he didn’t have my address. After I asked do you want my address, he said that’s out of our delivery area. He then said you will need to bring them back and I can remake them. We’ll as I had already explain I was unable to return to store. Then their was dead silence until I said hello about 5 time and ask for corporates phone number. He said they do not have corporates number and I would need to log on to dominos.com. This was the worst customer service and some very horrible tasting pizza.

I come here often, but today was awful. I was standing at the counter and the staff member, Sam, clearly saw me yet made no effort to check or assist with what I was waiting for. I understand he had pizzas to prepare, but he watched me standing there and still chose to make an entire pizza from scratch, put it in the oven, and even start another one before coming over. Only when I finally asked how long it would take did he walk over with attitude and hand me my order. Extremely rude and completely unprofessional.

Minimal toppings on this large pizza. They couldn’t even bother to cut the pizza. Wish I would’ve opened the box before I left and tipped. I will delete the app and never return. Dominoes is likely to go out of business soon IMHO.

This used to be my go-to Dominos… I ordered a pizza for delivery on Feb 2 and it showed up, no issues. Tipped the delivery driver and everything.
So I ordered again from them four days later. Same pizza, same address, same everything, but they canceled my order with no explanation. I called the store and they told me my address is suddenly too far for them to deliver.
Naturally I was confused so I asked what changed, and I couldn’t get an answer. The dominos app doesn’t allow me to choose a different Domino’s…
Feels like someone’s playing games. I just wanted a pizza man, it’s been a rough week.

I was highly disappointed with the pizzas we ordered for delivery. The quality was far below what I expect from Domino’s—poorly prepared and unacceptable upon arrival.
I called the store hoping to resolve the issue, but after speaking with two different managers, it became clear why the pizzas arrived the way they did. The lack of professionalism during those conversations was just as concerning as the food itself.
I truly hope leadership is made aware of the service standards at this location, as the experience did not reflect the level of quality or customer care typically associated with the Domino’s brand.

Food was good and hot. Tasted fresh. The lady at the register could use a little courtesy class. The app was not working so we went in to see if it was ready. Short wait,no problem. I didn’t know you has to go through the BP gas station to get to Domino’s.

My partner and I have been loyal customers at this location for a good 12 months or so. Originally, we were HUGE Mellow Mushroom fans, but one day decided to give this local outlet a try.
We were impressed, impressed enough to switch, and drop Mellow Mushroom…
Used to be that our custom orders were made accurately, and the toppings plentiful, and the crust perfect.
Not so much anymore… What happened? Staff, policy, or leadership changes? The last four orders we have placed with this location have been poor at best.
Sparse, minimal toppings, or missing toppings despite specific instructions in our custom pizza saved profile. Burnt crusts, soggy crusts, or way more crust than actual pizza.
For the near $60 per order that we spend here at least once or more every two weeks on average, I can do better myself with a quick trip to my grocery store.
We’ll be spending our $60 at Mellow Mushroom going forward.
This was supposed to be a Cali Chicken Bacon Ranch with extra chicken, tomato, and Philly Cheese Steak … Instead we got a few pieces of chicken, no tomato, and no Philly.

The food is usually good, and they rarely mess up my order (if they do, they’ll fix it), but, I swear, this location is allergic to cutting the pizzas right. Every time I order a thin crust, I ask for it to be pie cut. And they have NEVER ONCE GOTTEN IT RIGHT. I always double and triple check to make sure I selected that, and I always do. I also used to work for Dominoes, so I know if they actually bothered to check the receipt, they’d see it. I know it’s only a minor inconvenience, but come on now. I order at least a few times a month and to NEVER get it right?

I want to say thank you to Tony who saved the day. Earlier in the week there was a totally different crew there.. I sat there as my order was being prepared. The cinnamon dessert I was given had been sitting there for I don’t know how long. When I got home I was not happy with what I saw. It felt and looked like clay Ceramic. You couldn’t lift it because it was so hard. I took a picture of it and threw it in the trash. I went back a couple days later to show this to someone. I was greeted by Tony who looked up my order took a look at the picture apologized and the whole time he never made me feel like I was the problem. Because of his professionalism I am still a customer at the Lavista Rd. location. Thanks again Tony…
