I’m giving credit where credit is due. There were three young men and an older gentleman holding it down. Despite there being more orders than 4 people should handle and they were on top of it. They handled the pressure of having impatient customers leering over them, the phone ringing off the hook, and the online order chime dinging every 2 minutes. They stayed calm, cool, and collected and the food was still great!

Get these men a radio to play some tunes and a raise. Management should invest in making sure these men are supported because they’re clearly the ones keeping the location afloat.

TRUST ME, if I could leave 0 STARS, I would…… I’m leaving this review because I don’t want another customer to go through what I experienced, especially when placing a large order.

I had a major customer service issue dealing with the manager at the Domino’s located at 2766 Cumberland Blvd. I placed a large order on Monday the 20th for Saturday because I was feeding a team of 37 people, with a total around $400. All week long I tried to confirm the order and make sure everything was still on track, because this was not a small “last-minute” order — it was planned in advance.

The problem is that for days I could not reliably reach anyone for confirmation. I spoke to multiple employees (easily 8–9 different interactions), but I kept getting transferred around and then the call would drop. I even contacted corporate twice, and while they were polite, I understand this is a franchise location so there was only so much they could do beyond relaying the message. Still, it shouldn’t take repeated corporate calls and repeated attempts from the customer just to confirm a scheduled order.

Because I did not work Saturday, I stopped by the store on Friday evening after work just to confirm everything was still good for the next day. I explained the situation calmly and respectfully — I wasn’t rude, I wasn’t aggressive, I simply needed confirmation for a large order that impacts other people.

Unfortunately, the manager’s behavior was unacceptable. He was extremely rude, dismissive, and unprofessional while I was speaking, and even as I was leaving the store he continued to make comments under his breath. It was unnecessary, disrespectful, and honestly shocking. Customer service should not feel like a confrontation, especially when the customer is simply trying to confirm a large order that the store already took.

What bothered me most is that this didn’t feel like a one-time bad moment. I’m almost certain I experienced the same kind of attitude at this location previously, and I believe it was the same manager. If someone is in a management position, the expectation is professionalism, problem-solving, and the ability to communicate respectfully — especially when issues arise.

To be clear: I understand that people have stressful days. I also understand restaurants get busy. But none of that excuses speaking to customers in a hostile or disrespectful way. If a manager is consistently unable to provide basic customer service without attitude, that reflects a leadership problem at the store.

I placed that order because I needed reliability and professionalism for a group, and I received the opposite — difficulty reaching the store, lack of follow-up, and a manager with a poor attitude when I came in to confirm. Although our team loved the food, I will still NEVER do business at this location.

I hope ownership takes this seriously. This location needs better communication and better leadership. Customer service is at an all time low. I will not be returning, and I cannot recommend this location based on how I was treated.

Absolute disgrace! I ordered my food in DoorDash, and the driver told me they don’t deliver in buildings (but I had 3-4 past orders all delivered at my door). I was outside that time and couldn’t make it back to meet the driver in person, so I said to try to deliver at my door and I never got a response. When I got back, I couldn’t find my order anywhere, but the DoorDash app said it was delivered. I tried to contact the driver and no response, tried to reorder and they cancelled my order, and they never initiated a refund. I would never order from this store ever again

Amazing management!! We had a hiccup with our delivery time (they are short staffed… like many restaurants are in 2025) and Mary, the manager made it right. She was super kind, apologetic, and gave us a full refund. Mistakes happen… it’s how you handle them when you do. Thank you for being great!!

The food was hot, delicious, and arrived on time. The pizza tracker was a helpful tool. William was a great delivery driver. He was very professional and friendly. He made sure everything I ordered was correct. I recommend the loaded tots, stuffed cheesy bread and sweet BBQ bacon boneless bites

The pizza maker “Carie” I believe had no intention on making my pizza correctly cause once the pizza cutter person saw it after taking it off the oven she saw a big cheese-less whole in the center of it. She took it to him to show him. He then took the pizza and smeared the melted cheese callously over the top of the missing area and said and I quote “They’ll be alright” in a unconcerned tone as he walked away. The Pizza cutter was flustered at his nonchalant attitude. I already was hungry hour prior to coming in to order pizza so I was not waiting for another pizza. This was deplorable and I’m may not go to this location again. Also, my tots are not at all sauced like it is intended to be. No sauce was applied so it it very dry. That pizza maker needs a new job. Terrible customer service. Literally called and was hung up on repeatedly or placed on hold for a long time then hung up. Pizza finally delivered after sitting out for almost 30 minutes then it was heavily undercooked. Like cheese not done, sauce just slippery and bread doughy AF! I have to fight for my life to get anyone back on the phone then the manager, Tanisha or something, was very rude and offered little to no help. I asked if i just came to the store could she refund the delivery charge and she acted like I asked for the crabby patty secret sauce. In much dismay, she said that was impossible. Then i asked if i could just get a full refund and by some miracle her training allowed for that. This place is trash and the franchise owners need to retrain the personnel. ASAP

If you love fresh and hot food along with great customer service then don’t come here. Told them my food was not satisfying and appealing and they didn’t even want to resolve the issue. I had to talk to so many people to ask them to resolve the issue. They didn’t want to remake the Pizzas and they didn’t want to give a refund. I had to make them give me something for my concerns.

The food was cold and the appearance of the pizza was not appealing enough to eat. It looked rushed and not made with care. The manager Jeff was rude and unprofessional, the woman manager as well was extremely rude and sent unrealistic threats. They were the worst of the worst and horrible representations of the company. I’ll never return to any dominos. They were the lowest of the low when it comes to customer service and resolving customer concerns. They were negative and lack accountability along with empathy for customer concerns and the situation at hand. They lacked integrity and respect for the company and customers. They refused to listen to my concerns continuously interrupted me on the phone and in the store. The manager/ store owner was uncooperative and attempted to call the police and have me banned for a complaint. They also informed me that the customer is not right and that is the thing of the past, it’s 2021 no one goes by that said Jeff the manager. I plan to take this situation to the Highest of the high since the manager told me this is a franchise location and they can do whatever they want. I believe the other manager name who thought she was going to whoop me was Taylor but not sure never got her name. Tall goofy looking white girl with glasses acting big and bad until it’s time to really be big and bad.

Rude managers and employees. Unprofessional lacking morals and professionalism. Lack of empathy, sympathy and concern for my experience. Unwilling to resolve issue fully took three people to get the issue somewhat addressed even still they were nasty. Just nasty rude people at this location and I’ll be taking this to the BBB, writing reviews not only here but google reviews and yelp. Along with sending a letter to corporate and speaking with a legal representative over the threat from the employee. I will also be sure to tell those in this area about this location. This is not the end. They did what all white folks do best call the police and play victim after testing the real victim and after issuing the disrespect.

The app tells you an expected time of delivery and it’s extremely off. I waited over an hour for my last order and called to cancel. Which I could not do cancel until I got my order (at which point I had order through uber eats and got my food) THIS PLACE SUCKS!!!

Sadly I have to leave a review on another google cuz I once liked this location my other review is under the username “another1” I was praising Mary but I ordered pizza yesterday for 22 dollars I received it and was in disbelief there’s no way this is how a pizza is supposed to look I got my refund back but they looked annoyed.
