I ordered a Pan pizza and a Cookie/Brownie pie my cookie/brownie pie was burnt to crisp and called the store to ask for another order or my money back. I was told to hold on and they disconnected my call. I called back and they ignored my call. I’m a loyal customer and was very disappointed in this service.

Buyer Beware. Do not order pizza from this location. I placed the order at 0900. I wanted it delivered at 1215. Called 15 mins before it was timed to delivered and the rude guy that answered said that he had to make 40 pizzas before mine. Really?! I wasn’t born yesterday. Called back again and the same rude guy said that driver was around the corner. Pizza was delivered an 1hour and half late. Never again!

I always order delivery from this location and I’m a good customer that always pays & tips. This particular evening was the WORST experience I’ve ever had with ANY takeout restaurant! The driver Xavier was extremely sarcastic, rude and nasty. He made me feel uncomfortable to the point I was concerned for my safety based off the things he said to me! I asked him to hand me the pizza so I could simply sit it down and pass him the money same as I do with anyone, and they never have a problem with that because my door is open while I do so..however this guy made it seem like I was gonna steal the pizza saying things like “you think I’m stupid” “you crazy!” Not sure what else he said when I closed the door but the look on his face when he was speaking to me was unbelievably unsettling, it scared me! Not to mention his uniform was filthy dirty pants sagging with a cigarette lighter hanging from the front of them. He also sat my pizza on top of a trash can! Can you imagine! I called the store and there was NO MANAGER there to speak to regarding this issue! Now I know they make enough money to not even notice if I were no longer a customer but it’s just sad that I have to sacrifice my convenience due to disrespectful, terrifying and unprofessional customer service/ delivery!

This place has severely gone down hill. You can’t rely on them for delivery, it will take 4 hours to get your delivery. If you call to inquire about your delivery, whoever answers the phone has the worst attitude. With that I decided to quit using delivery and just pick up my order since that would be quicker… no not at all. 45 min after placing my order I go to pick it up since it says it’s finished, the guy lies to me saying it’s still in the oven and he hasn’t even made it yet, I literally watched him make after he lied. This place needs to just shut down and go away. They’ll never be able to fix these issues with their employees. I’m about to just go back to Papa Johns.

On 5/21/2023 we drove in from Alabama. I was very I’ll. Visiting my my son in Kennessaw and had to get food delivered to the hotel. I paid with cash because my purse was in the car and the rest of the family had to eat. The driver got his tip as well. Total was 27.52 and we order at home all the time so we thought why not order here.

Tasted just like it should, and fast delivery. They did forget one fanta drink, but we just split the one we had. They did make up for it by providing a free marinara sauce. Even with the very minor mistake, I would order again, which is all that really matters.

Incompetent and lazy. Apparently ordering from an app for curbside isn’t efficient. When the app does not work for checking in but the main front counter person keeps staring at your car and ignores bringing out your pizza so you have to go in – do better. When the one female female staff member can’t do anything but eat and laugh instead of getting my order especially when this store is not busy – do better. Just the fact that I had pretipped on app… I won’t be going back.

Orders 2 pizzas and requested bbq and tomato source on each pizza.. When I got them, they both did not have any source. I informed the cashier but told me that they both had right source. Confirmed that they both did not have any source but the shop insisted that they did. Very poor customer service!! Would not recommend this place!!

The lady name “Towel or Torell”, black big girl with yellow braid was very disrespectful today, requesting me with a very unpleasant tone <> I let her know she can’t talk this way to customers and instead of apologizing she feel at ease arguing with me. Such attitude is unacceptable and higher management needs to make sure that she won’t give that same unpolite attitude to another customer.
