Never under or overcooked. Just perfect every time. I’ve been a customer at the 2146 Roswell Road location for over 20 years, even before their store was at the above address. I will say this. If you want your pizza done right then this is the store to come to!!!

Ordered online came to pick up and after 40 minutes tell me they don’t have the order. So I verified the address and showed the order. Then money is returned to my card. Not even an offer to place the order again they just walked away and said they don’t have the order and ignored me. Some people have no idea what customer service is. I didn’t ask for anything free I just wanted to place the order and go home with pizza but after being ignored I just walked out and will never come back to this Domino’s which I normally frequent once to twice a week

Admitted that they messed up my order when I called in, but was told it would be well over an hour for a replacement. This is in addition to a timed order showing up like warm and a half an hour late. We get pizza once or twice a week. Never again from this site, rude and unhelpful.

I ordered two pizzas—a cheeseburger and a cheese and chicken—for delivery on Wednesday. It took 1.5 hours to arrive, and when it did, the food was cold and greasy.
I went to the establishment to address the issue, but the manager (see photo) was extremely rude and unprofessional. He outright refused to give a refund and declined to provide corporate contact information. So I took photos to help me find who to contact.
I’ve since reached out to corporate and am still waiting for a response. If you can avoid this place, do so. Pizza establishments are like car washes—there’s always another one nearby.

SO NASTY… literally a heart attack in the making. I will not feed this to my son…. they done lost their mind….. I will never order here again also I went into the location and I talked to a manager named Victoria and she was extremely rude, saying “there is nothing I can do for you” I asked “would you give your son a pizza that was dripping grease?” She said “well first of all I wouldn’t give my 1 year old son pizza in general” … ummm excuse me? There was NOOO need to throw in parenting when I’m talking about a refund on my pizza. Absolutely childish & she needs to lose her job. PERIOD.

After waiting 2 hrs for an offer to be delivered and being on hold for an hour, it finally showed up. I ask if that is the same food he was supposed deliver 2 hrs ago and he said yes. I told the delivery we are taking back. 7 min drive from my house to ask for a manager. I see 2 people one says he is the manager and I tell him I would like a refund. I understand if the driver got a flat tire but you as the manager should have called the customer or at least replaced the food. Don’t deliver food that has been sitting in a car for 2 hrs. #1 that is not healthy and could get someone sick, #2 that’s not customer service and #3 your excuses of not having enough workers is not the customers problem. Don’t except the order of you can’t deliver. Also, don’t get snappy at the customer for asking for their money back.
