My daughter ordered from this place and never received her order despite it saying delivered. She was so upset she called me way in Texas. We both tried calling the store together after she had already called numerous times, but we still couldn’t get through to anyone. We also called the customer service hotline and unfortunately, they were closed. This was definitely NOT professional.! That deserves no stars at all…

I paid for extra Ranch dressing only to find out that they didn’t have any and were unable to refund me because i ordered online. Wings were severely undercooked & pizza was dry. This place WAS making a turn around for the better. There was a young lady who came to help some months back. She was awesome! Now it seems like it’s going right back to the way it was before…disappointing.

I called this location and packed an order, I figured it was from a call center location which was fine. After placing my rider I drove to pick it up. When I arrived the doors was locked and no one was inside. Customer was outside waiting and no one there to greet us or let us in. Unfortunately this not my first bad experience , I won’t be ordering from dominos anytime soon. Terrible !

Every time I come it’s always something wrong with my order. It’s actually good when they get it right but I can honestly say I’m over it at this point. My pasta usually has to be made over and over again from not paying attention. I’m allergic to mushrooms yet they still ended up in my food. And my cookie brownie was burnt. Hard as a rock. The cheese pizzas and Cinnamon Twists were alright. The Lava Cakes were a little burnt. The cook said the Parmesan Bread Bites were normal after I brought them back. Didn’t even leave the parking lot. I worked at Domino’s…twice. Even if I didn’t, my eyes work fine. Knowing that I’ve made all of this several times, it’s pretty disrespectful to have someone pay then tell them “this is just how it proofed but it’s normal”. I hope the managers and the store owner actually read the responses on Google Maps. Check your food before leaving the restaurant.

I haven’t had a problem with dominos for a while. When I recently ordered a hand pan crust it looked like hand tossed not pan. Also I asked for light cheese it had almost no cheese. I had extra pepperoni and it was on like 2 slices, not extra on whole pizza. I was disappointed but glad I didn’t pay alot for it.

Dominos has been having the 50% of pizzas I ordered 4 pizzas. I didn’t know they were going to give me half of the toppings also smh. I got extra cheese and there was a regular amount of cheese. If yall were going to skimp on toppings you should of not participated in the deal.

Ordered pizza online and came to pick it up. Pizza was Not done, the dough clearly needed to be cooked for another 15 minutes or so. I’ve had DiGiorno pizza that was better than what I’ve picked up from here. Area is sketchy, they need a lot more lighting in the parking lot. It doesn’t feel safe at all after dark.
