Yeah…Firstly, our pizza delivery guy showed up holding our pizzas diagonally and smashed to one side before offering me his cleaning service business card afterwards. Only to learn that one of our orders had sausage on it which we did not order and cannot eat. So, after waiting 20 mins for someone to pick up the phone I decided to head to the Dominoes myself to get my order fixed. I walk in and the phone is ringing non-stop the entire time I’m in there and not one person even thought to answer the phone. I bring my pizza to show the mistake only for one of the employees to tell me that “No, that’s not sausage, that’s beef.” To which I replied, ♂️ “I didn’t ask for it.” Then, I ask if I could be compensated with a lava cake for the inconvenience to which I was rudely denied without even a care for the mistake that they had made. Only to be treated as though it was my fault my order was messed up and I cared enough to bring it to them to get it fixed. Finally, I got my pizza, correct this time, but still very disappointed and dissatisfied by the lack of customer service, courtesy, respect and decency. Oh and the phone was still ringing constantly as I headed out the door. Don’t expect to get an answer at this place. Let alone, any kind of quality customer service.

Domino’s online ordering was a satisfying experience with their fast and fresh pizza, making pickup a breeze. The staff were somewhat friendly, adding to the positive atmosphere. Overall, it was a good experience, and I would definitely recommend it to others. I look forward to visiting again!

Haven’t been to Dominos in years. Pizza look good but $20 dollars for a medium stuff crust is wild. $1 per pack of cheese and $1 per pack pepper???? This rating is cause of that! Why yall charging $1 per packet? .50 is one thing .75 is another but 1 is crazy to me. I’ll go back to Marcos

This is the only dominoes where they greet me when I enter, i placed my order wrong and instead of making it without sauce they used common sense and still added sauce and they’re really fast! New management has turned this franchise around because last time I came they let me place an online order and waited til I got inside to say the system down .

I had to wait to have my pizza remade but I still will rate 5 stars because the staff was well dressed, my pizza was cut evenly and the topping were fresh evenly spread. Everyone was willing to help. Very much better than the last time I went there.
