2 out of the 3 times I have ordered here, they left off toppings and sauces. On my last order I asked for no American cheese… I still wanted the other cheeses… instead… I got a pizza that was just a toasted crust with a few pieces of chicken and olives. They left off the other toppings I requested and didn’t put the buffalo sauce on it like it’s supposed to be.

If you live in snellville area or nearby you may want to get your dominos from this location. They are better than the rest. Never have a complaint here. Even when they deliver to my sons home on Grayson hwy. They go above and beyond to make sure my son and grandchildren eat in these rough weather conditions. This store is top tier

Silly to complain over a 10.00 pizza. But this store (#5751) will make you feel like spending a few more dollars to just go somewhere else. Got there at 8:01 to pickup pizza, per app. App changed to 8:16 – 22….so I waited, app said ready drove to the window…waited 5+ minutes….6 minutes got out of the car, knocked on the windows, was fround at…but she did make it to the window in under a minute, got my order, handed it to me tilted down in a unclosed box…almost lost the prepaid pizza…..so don’t get aggravated..Just don’t go there !

Placed order online at 6:11, received order an hour later and got wrong order. Called store and manager said it was because of not having enough drivers. Said he would send correct order back out but it would be another 45 minutes. Called back an hour later and was told my order was done and sitting there, it would be another 30 minutes. He would put priority on it! Asked for a refund and will never order from Domino’s again. This store is staffed poorly! Don’t waste your time!

This place means the world to me. The GM Elliot always makes my families food identical to the commercial advertisements. His staff goes above and beyond to get delivery orders to us in an expedited amount of time. If ever an inconvenience they literally do whatever it takes to rectify the matter. Ordered a pizza said it would be a 10-20 delivery time. A hr later I called and they said they were short on drivers and would throw in a free brownie. 2hrs after ordering the driver finally arrives WITH NO PIZZA and no brownie it was the cinnamon pull apart thing. So 2hrs for no something I didn’t order. I’ve NEVER experienced anything like this in my life. What a waste of time

I came to this Domino’s Pizza location to pick up a New York style pizza. I opened the pizza at the store and asked the store clerk if the pizza is New York style because it looked thicker than previous New York style pizza that we ordered from other Domino’s and other areas. She said yes. I spoke to her for another 2 to 3 minutes. Asked again. She said yes. I got the pizza home. My wife looked at it and said it doesn’t look like the New York style pizza that has a thinner crispier crust. My wife tasted the pizza and confirmed that it was regular pizza, not New York style pizza. So we paid a higher premium for a $7 Pizza that was the regular pizza and paid 40% more for it. The pizza was decent quality. I can’t say it wasn’t but it wasn’t what we ordered which was very unfortunate. I’ll provide the picture of the pizza we received.

I Ordered a pizza online. It was supposed to be No onions. I Got a notification pizza is ready. Drive there picked up the pizza. Got the pizza home. Onions all over it. So I had to drive back to get a new pizza. Waste of dinner time driving around back and forth. And no compensation whatsoever for the mess up.

Order #1796. I ordered a cheese pizza with extra cheese. Pizza came out with 80% cheese missing (please see the pic). By this time they had already taken my money. The guy at the window said “I can remake it but it’s just an issue my dough so it’ll come out the same and I can’t refund you only a manager can, the other option is store credit” so my questions are why do you have the capability to accept payments but no capability to process refunds! There will be customers who wants refunds so to take my money and give me this hot garbage but refuse a refund is pretty much theft! He slams the window and walks away and refused to come back to the window. Ignored me. Called police to file a report and contacting Dominos corporate team to file a complaint! Trust me do not waste your time here
