We ordered two pizzas using a coupon and both came out wrong. Each pizza was missing about half of the ingredients that were supposed to be included.
What made it worse was the atmosphere in the store. The staff looked completely disengaged and unprofessional, like no one was paying attention to the orders.
Using a coupon shouldn’t mean receiving a lower quality product. We paid for specific toppings and didn’t get them. Very disappointing experience.

If you love a Gooey center in your pizza, spend your money here. You’ll love the Poor customer service with Jacob the manager. Not to mention the Unprofessional staff who will leave you on hold and then take forever to pick up the phone. You’ll leap for joy when they claim they were busy and then when you drive to return the pizza for a refund and find out everyone is on their phone. Waste of time and money!

The never actually deliver your order. They just say it’s cooked and then at some point between 1-2 hrs later a driver “has your order” and then it’s complete in 1 min and then you don’t have food. Just wish they would call and say they aren’t doing it.

Love their pizza and fast service BUT majority of the time when I order the extra dipping sauces these get forgotten. I appreciate being credited back when I call, but it’s an inconvenience to have to call every time for this issue. Tonight it was 1) an extra sauce and 2) the sauce that automatically comes with the cinnamon bites. Both were missing. The employee I spoke to tonight said that feedback would be conveyed to the manager and we’d “see what happens.” I don’t like to complain, I just want my garlic dipping sauce

I placed an order in November. The app estimated the delivery time and it was around 20 minutes. I watched on the app as the pizzas were made and then out for delivery. It took about an hour after that for the order to arrive. It was not good by then. I contacted Dominos about it since they have a guarantee. Although someone from the local Dominos emailed me, nothing has been resolved. I have emailed her back twice and contacted corporate again. When I called to ask where my pizzas were, the person on the phone actually told me I shouldn’t order pizza from there on a Friday evening. I won’t again.

The customer service was extremely poor. I’ve been ordering from them for almost a year, but a few months ago they mixed up garlic twists with cinnamon twists. When I went back to inform them, a worker in the kitchen, who was watching football on an iPad while making pizzas, gave me a rude attitude. Today, I received another delivery with the same mix-up with the twists. I called them, and they sent back garlic breads that weren’t fully toasted. Almost an hour wait ridiculous management needs to do better

Absolute worst experience ordering pizza! It’s been over an hour and a half and still no pizza. When I called the store they claimed my order was completed. I never received my order and requested a refund. I usually order from Marco’s and it’s here in 20 minutes. Hot and delicious! I’ll be ordering from Marco’s from now on.
