Do not go to this location!! They have started going downhill! I don’t know if it’s because of new employees or what. I started going to this Dominos on Columbia Drive a few months ago and had no issues. But recently starting in October, I had to wait ridiculously too long for my online order. And the last order I placed was for a build your own pizza. The order was late once again. Then they remade my order but it wasn’t better the second time. I looked at my pizza and order of Parmesan bites before leaving the parking lot. The pizza was not made correctly. It was supposed to basically be a bbq chicken pizza with mushrooms and green peppers. The chicken, green bell peppers, and mushrooms should have been baked within the rest of the pizza and not just placed on top. I have ordered this pizza many times enough to know how it is supposed to look. Secondly, I ordered Parmesan bread bites. Instead I received cinnamon bites. I took my order back in and said my order was totally incorrect and that I want a refund. All they did was apologize.

Plus I selected curbside pickup. Why does this location require a customer such as myself to call the store’s phone number to let them know that I have a curbside pickup? If the app allows you to select when you are at the location, then the store is supposed to receive an alert that a customer is outside to pick up their order. I know this to be true because I opted for curbside pickup at another Dominos location and they came and brought me my order. This has given me enough reasons to start going to another Dominos Pizza location. I don’t play when it comes to customer service!!

My go to spot is always professional timely and reliable. The service and the quality of the foods are excellent. Never out of stock on anything. I walked in and boom bam, my order is ready. Two weeks ago I decided to get a delivery order so I called, placed the order with noooo problem and in the time they told me it would arrive, it did!!!!! I was so pleased my order arrived with no issues everything was there and everything was fresh and ready to eat and drink. It was so YUMILICIOUS ❣️❣️❣️ ☀️☀️☀️☀️ THANK YOU DOMINOS PIZZA FOR ALWAYS DOING WHAT YOU DO….. THE BEST❣️❣️❣️❣️❣️❣️ ✝️

Customer Service HORRIBLE. Ordered online, got there at my pick up time. Only to wait 20mins not be acknowledged. Then when I finally was acknowledged, I was told a few more mins. Knowing that they hadn’t started on my order at all. Another young lady asked about my order seen the ticket and tried to slide it to her CO worker to make. It’s like if you employees are going to be lazy at the jobs. Why work in the first place SMH. Now it had been an hour at this point. I cancelled and ordered at Wesley Chapel by the time I got there my order was done within 12mins. And they were just as busy. This STORE SUCKS MANAGEMENT AND ALL

Update 2025 Missing the Crew

Josh seems to have moved on to better horizons. So the quality and love seems to be missing a bit. There was a woman I think her name was Heather cooking for a bit she was good as well but I haven’t seen a woman’s name pop up in tracker in a while. Add special notes and be specific about your order online .

Normally this place rocks after having made a few adjustments. There’ still a lingering problem. After getting sick 2 years ago and (A) manager blew it off I posted to let everyone know we had to go to doctor on the poison website. I stopped ordering there. We decided to give it another try and great almost all new staff. Excellent pizzas, except 1 person does not own up to the fact they can’t cook or provide customer service as well as the other manager and deflect any ownership that maybe just maybe you’re the weakest link, and the free pizza thing is played out. I get free pizza from my rewards. I’d rather have it done right the first time!!!!. So I commented about a sub par pasta dish a month ago. I did not ask for a refund or anything. I just notated that it was sub par. See pasta pics of how it should be cooked compared to what I received
Well that same manager calls me and tells me that’s the new way… Turns out it wasn’t. I’ve received 2 orders from others were it was cooked perfectly. Even one of the ones cooked on that shift with that team. Well today again undercooked pan pizza and half a order of pasta… I’ve wasted too much time on this. If I place an order again and their managing shift I’ll just cancel order. I started to cancel a few days ago when I saw their name pop up. Should’ve gone with my first mind. Others team members and management are Great!!!

This Dominos is a disaster and I’m quite sad that this is the location our address has for delivery.

This time I ordered bread twists and pizza. Only the bread twists arrived, 45 mins after the end of the estimated delivery time. The driver said he would return with the pizza, but of course I didn’t believe that. To my surprise, he came through! But… this was what we received. Not only the incorrect toppings, but a piece missing!

That this store has above a 2* overall rating is honestly unbelievable.

This is my second consecutive order that was late. Don’t bother calling they won’t answer. I was able to talk to the GM Spruce two days after I posted this review. I give him 10 stars his customer service is top notched. After talking to him I understand what happened and I’ll give this store another chance. As for the manager I spoke to the following day he needs more training in the costumer service area I can’t remember his name. Once again Spruce your customers service is the best.

This is by far the absolute worst Domino’s Pizza in Atlanta. These clowns can’t get anything right. Food wrong, food late, food cold, pizza’s not cut properly, pasta dishes half full, they even managed to mess up the Lava Cakes. This place is a joke.

This is my first time at this location and everyone is moving as fast as they can (Friday 6pm).
The employee Spruce was awesome to watch him interact with the customers in house and incoming calls. He was sincerely apologize in for any wait to in house and phone customers!

He really kept the pace and the peace in the busy environment! I was TRULY AMAZED at his level of service!

Reason for 4 stars on food because I haven’t tried it yet! HATS OFF TO #5709

No cheese on the slices, so we’re basically sent dough, dried tomatoe sauce because it was baked and a few pepperoni, mind you this is for the kids, and they love pizza for cheese and sauce, so I literally had to pick which slices had some cheese or looked appetizing than others, brownies were burnt on the edges and not even cut, come on dominos, what’s the rush, I’d rather you all tell me( we’re not making pizzas today) than waste my money and time 21.57 and a tip for what??

DAVID THE “MANGER” HUNG UP IN MY face after I called for an update on my delivery order. 0/10 customer service. I ordered my pizza at 3. Called for an update at 4:15, just to see when I could expect it. I did not get smart or anything of that nature and just wanted an update. David then hung up on me mid sentence and hung up again when I called back. Will be calling corporate. No problem with the order being late, but hanging up in my face is unacceptable.
