The previous time I came here I had in a Sprite in my order, but they did not give it to me when I came to pick it up and told me to come later to pick it up, saying they accredited my account. I ordered some pizzas from them today and told them about the credit on my account and they said it was not in the system. After trying all the phone numbers I have, they hung up the phone without confirming my order. Mary was the name of the person I was speaking to. I called back again and placed my order for carry out. I picked it up and told them about the situation. Mary acted like nothing happened and that she didn’t talk to me on the phone. Never got my sprite. Overall a terrible experience. I’ve spent more than $200 here during quarantine and am not happy with this. Plus, some of the people working there weren’t wearing masks.

All the reviews are accurate. I ordered 2 2-topping pizzas regular everything and it tasted like the crust was stale. The pizza was thin like their trying to save money and it was dry.
I came in after placing my order and it took 3 people to check me out since they needed a manager to do something. Guessing everyone wasnt trained or something. I do not recommend spending your money here if you want good pizza. The placed like dirty and they were sitting around on their phones when I got there.

I have been ordering food from this store almost for 10 years. I ordered on line and took my two dogs with me to go pick up my order. As I was about to get into the store a white guy with a big beard asked me whether I am a Muslim or not. I was offended and said hell no. And that was my fault.
He along with 5 others fellow Muslims I guess with some kind of Palestinian or Arab cover they all surrounded me and followed me into Dominos store inside started harassing me. A dominos employee named Ken Heusey came in from no where and started telling his manager Adam to clock him out and puffing and huffing to argue with me. I felt so unsafe to go that store right next to an Islamic Center in Johns Creek.

Please do not support a business that takes no accountability for their poor food quality and service. I have been screwed over by this location several times now and I finally learned my lesson. Everything from undelivered food to burnt food. STAY AWAY! When I asked who thr manager was, one employee stated all of us. Haha. The location is run by a joke of a team. You have been warned.

Ordered 3 medium hand tossed Pizzas with 2 hr difference for pickup. Before 30 min I got confirmation in the tracker it’s been started . After 15 min the orders is ready for pickup. I went and picked up my order and did not see any trouble. It was hot as expected and good .

Every time I order from this place, I keep fooling myself into thinking they’re going to finally do a decent job at either making a pizza or not messing up the delivery process. Yet consistently, they set a new standard for incompetence. I’m not sure whether to give them a one star rating or give myself a one for thinking the outcome would be different each time.
