Ordered 2 pizzas where both looked unappetizing and sausage was included on the pizza in which I hate. I was advised they would give me a $10 credit towards my next order and I would just have to call back in. Attempted to call to do so and was told I would have to speak to a manager and then transferred back into the automated system to order a pizza. Pressed the option again speak to a team member and was then hung up on. Called again and was told that they are really busy but maybe call back and they will see how they maybe can help… why would need to keep calling back for a pizza that I paid for that I received incorrectly in the first place… and to be told they are extremely busy was just poor customer service

I had order pizza for Sunday night football! I did get what I ordered. I was pretty sad. I called and talk to Courtney. She was very apologetic and understanding and did everything to make it right! I’m m in the business and understand they just had the busiest weekend of the year. For Courtney to be fresh and concerned won me over! Would love to have Managers like her to work for me!!! Keep up the great Customer service!!!

Seriously they need to be out of business at this point. I ordered $60 worth of pizza. It said it was delivered 10 minutes before it actually got to my door. We were out hounding the neighbors for our pizza and they just hadn’t delivered it yet. When it got there it was burnt and there was no sauce. I tried to call 4 times from my phone and like 3 more times from another and they just kept picking up and hanging up on me. I couldn’t get through to anyone. They are robbing people of money and the delivery driver was just so incredibly rude. The only thing this place is good for is stealing money. Save yourself and go somewhere else

Horrible service. They sent this out. It’s suppose to be a chicken bacon ranch sub. The store answers their phone and then hangs up. Absolutely the worst dominos I’ve ever dealt with. Very sad I’m out of another dominos delivery range. Zain is the manager and I am appalled.

I have ordered from this Domino’s before and usually have had a pleasant experience. However, at this time I ordered a pizza with extra sauce it looks as if they literally dumped a jar of barbecue sauce all over my pizza with no cheese and made it completely uneditable to eat, and I have to throw it away. This is very disappointing and upsetting because I usually enjoy ordering from them.

First, let me say that I have ordered from this place multiple times for delivery. The food in the service has been great no issues until I ordered today. Order two pieces with bacon on those pizzas, and the bacon was as hard as it appeared to be bad or old or something not sure what it was but everyone that ate a piece of the pizza found that they had to pull the bacon off because it would hurt their teeth. I called the store and brought the issue to the store manager, who said the bacon it’s not bad. They just got it delivered today. And they asked if they could do any kind of concession such as a credit. Man, I spent $30 in total for two pizzas And I was offered a five dollar credit which I was expecting more. I guess I should’ve checked the refuse before I actually ordered from this place again because lately I can see that everyone’s having a very bad experience or bad food from this Domino’s location. You would expect that they would have a little bit more consideration for a customer who’s never called and had an issue with their service or food After being a customer for more than a decade.

Poor service, my order has been “quality” checked for over 30 minutes… not sure how that is ensuring a quality pizza to your customers.

I really wish I didn’t have to pick a star because you guys really don’t deserve one. The pictures that I have of the food that you guys serving is unacceptable kids and families are eating this food. You don’t care to listen to the customers complaint you did not even care to put effort into making the Pizza this is poor food quality that you guys are giving and it’s unacceptable! I wish I could post the pictures of my food!

The customer service was absolutely terrible. A new employee with a beard was incredibly rude and refused to acknowledge his mistake. I never had problem before but this new employee kept blaming me for the website’s faults. I placed an order, but it didn’t ready on time, and he wanted me to wait even longer. His behavior was extremely rude and unprofessional. I wouldn’t recommend ordering online at all.

I didn’t get the woman’s name due to me being in a rush, however I placed an order online but needed the order sooner. I called in just to see if she could rush the order and she had it completed in 20 min ready to go!
