It’s so bad that I literally drive 25 minutes to another Domino’s rather than deal with this disaster of a location when this location will deliver to my house. Think about that.
The last time I ordered at the beginning of my daughters soccer game, went to pick up an hour and fifteen minutes later and it wasn’t ready. Sat inside for fifteen additional minutes, getting annoyed I asked how much longer and it was sitting on the shelf the entire time. The next time, my delivery got delivered at 9:05 , I ordered at 720, I love three minutes away. Also this picture is not a thin crust pizza lol. It’s bad, really bad. Don’t bother just drive somewhere else if this is the only location that delivers to you.

Not extremely pleased at the moment. My Brooklyn pizza looked remarkably different FROM LAST WEEK & PREVIOUS…looked like a BITE had been taken out. I called the store only to be told the manager was to busy, @ 10:15pm so I grabbed the pizza & headed back for a face to face complaint…& at 10:30pm there were no orders??? Reluctantly the pizza was being remade & now the other pizza, chocolate cakes & cinnamon twist are at home getting COLD. I had to pay for another order so my son would have fresh cinnamon twist & lava cakes.. REALLY???? Honestly, not sure if even 1 star suffices this situation, ..Definitely a call for corporate tomorrow…Honestly never had this issue or any other like this..so for what it’s worth good luck!

I don’t usually leave reviews but I am fed up with paying a premium for sorry food! I ordered a pasta bowl that was less than half full and it was supposed to have Alfredo sauce in it but it had none! The noodles were so dry they were crunchy! I’m done with Dominos until they get their act together!

If I could leave no stars I would! My food of $50+ bucks plus a delivery tip was TERRIBLE! My food was not fresh and was cold (NY style pizza & salad!). Look like the pizza a day old. Such poor service.

This is the second time I’ve delivery. First time it was delivered over an hour after I placed the order and I was sent an email with a free pizza. I decided to try again today. It’s been over an hour since I ordered. I called the store and my pizza was still sitting on the rack and was the second pizza on the rack so it wasn’t even the Next delivery out. Just Told the person on the phone to cancel the order by my house the Pizza’s not even gonna be good anymore. Lost the free pizza that they gave me because they can’t put that back on my app.

Only giving a one star because there’s no lower option I’ve given this location numerous chances and every time it’s been awful we typically get half of our order and half of somebody else’s order or the pizzas cold or the most recent is we ordered pizza – an hour and a half after the order time I called the location I get some snotty girl on the phone. She tells me that I can come pick the pizza up. It’s been done for a while or I can wait another hour or hour and a half for the delivery guy because they’ve been busy although no one called to inform us that our pizza would be late and given the option to pick it up while it was still hot .

I have been ordering from Domino’s for a very very long time (usually from Aiken) and this location is the most disappointing I’ve ever dealt with. I didn’t think it was possible to mess up a pepperoni pizza but this place has managed to do it both times I’ve ordered from there. The crust was inedible, had no rise at all, and was overbaked. The sauce tasted old and I hate that I wasted my hard earned money on it. The drivers I’ve dealt with are a pleasure, but the rest is just terrible.

My only issue is that the workers are not wearing gloves while handling the food. Why are they allowed to touch the food bare hand?? The young lady preparing the dough did not have on a hair net and was scratching her head while kneading the dough…..

Had a really bad experience earlier this week but sometimes it happens. My philosophy has always been to judge on how a bad situation is handled. Jennifer, the traveling manager filling in this week, took such good care of us. I felt heard I felt valued, Jennifer deserves a raise and a promotion IMHO. Get it girl you were awesome!

I called the store because my pizza was hard, barely cut and my wings barely had any sauce on it. The guy that answered the phone was dry and rude. I asked to speak to a manger and he said she wasn’t available. I then asked for his name and he said he’d rather not say. I won’t be ordering from here any more.
My delivery guy was awesome very polite very nice and respectful!
