Went in to pick up take out and redeemed the garlic butter knots and purchased three large pizzas. The butter was leaking through the box where it was soaked all over the knots. I didn’t notice until I got home, melted butter was all over my new Tundra seats and my Coach purse. I need to know who to send the cleaning bill to? Every time we’ve ordered from here from it not being enough sauce and tasting dry to the pizza not looking like it’s supposed to. Guess I’ll find somewhere else to get pizza from. Sam’s Club pizza is better than this.

I went to pick up my carry out order. The guy that was making the pizzas was not wearing any gloves and he was putting both of his bare hands in the container of cheese while making the pizzas. I’m not in the restaurant business but that did not look sanitary handling the cheese like that. Who knows where his hands have been or if he even washed them. One might argue the food was going to be cooked but he’s putting germs in the cheese each time he puts his hands in there. Then they going to refrigerate the cheese and use it again the next day. Turns my stomach.

This location consistently has quality control issues! They’ll never get their act together! Only fourish pieces of chicken in the chicken specialty dish with hot buffalo sauce and cheese, and it’s burnt all around. Cheese bread is nothing more than a lump of bread and cheese that is also all burnt around; not cut or nothing just thrown in. I mean, what the heck, Domino’s? Doesn’t anyone care about doing their job with just a little bit of compassion or professionalism?
Oh, you forgot our ranch dipping sauce. The pizzas might as well have been thin crust, and we had to add pizza sauce ourselves! Nothing done right with this order!

We were trying to redeem the free emergency pizza. Never thought it would be so difficult! The website will not let you complete the order if you try to add a tip, so be prepared to tip your driver. I found this out because a phone number popped up for me to call to complete the order, turns out it was the main number for Dominos. And you cannot redeem the emergency pizza unless you order online, which I couldn’t do because of trying to tip the driver. Took 45 min to order, figured it out myself . Then it was sitting in “quality check” for about 25 min, ice cold when delivered. 100% NOT the driver’s fault. He only took 8 min to arrive. 100% THAT store’s fault. AND, the girl answering the phone when I was transferred from the main office, put me on hold…for 55 min….waiting for a manager to help me…in fact I finally hung up after the pizza was delivered. I had solved the problem without their help, I just wondered how long I would sit on hold. Apparently an hour or more

A couple of weeks ago go i placed an order for delivery, they were short on drivers that day,and were late delivering our order. I called to place another order today, and explained what happened on my last order, they didn’t charge us for this order, and I even ordered extra items and tried to pay for them,they said nope we got it!!!!! Picked up an online order. I didn’t check my food until I got home. I ordered the Philly cheese steak oven baked sandwiches. My food was hard and burnt. I don’t understand how they would even serve this to a customer, let alone let it leave the store. If I can upload a picture, I would. Very disappointed in this location.

I placed my order online for pick up. It estimated 30-45 minutes. I waited 40 minutes and headed to the store. When I got there the female employee who seemed to be “running things” was extremely rude right off. She ignored us and kept talking to another employee about something personal. I stood there for 25 minutes watching a boy boxing up and getting orders together. By this time there were probably about 10 other customers coming to pick up there food. I watched my order sit on the shelf while these 2 employees just kept talking then had the nerve to go out back for a smoke. Front completely unoccupied except the one boy who just kept steady cooking pizza and getting orders together. I feel for him and he deserves a raise.
