We eat her often… never complain but I’m sick of this crap… we order a large up to 6 toppings for $9.99 special right now via the app… I put extra sausage & extra bacon…. Get the pizza it’s SOGGY in grease do to WAY TO MUCH CHEESE, and like 6 sausage balls on here!!! WTH … tastes like a cheese pizza. Yuck when ppl order EXTRA that means more… not less!

Ordered pizza and wings tonight and they messed up everything. If I could give less than 1 star I would. First off, the wings we ordered were not cooked or seasoned properly, that gave us the wrong crust on our pizza, when we called to let them know, the girl that handles orders hangs up on us, and when we call back and speak with the manager he calls us a liar. Will not be eating here again.

You guys suck! Your Google says your open til midnight. I ordered at 10:26 for carryout. You canceled my order, told Me to call the store….I did. I’m parked in your parking lot and the guy tells Me I can get My order if I have it delivered. WHAT? It’s an $11 order, and you want to charge Me a delivery fee. You all have some balls. I would not eat from this place!! They have a dog tied up in the back near the door…dog poop everywhere back there. Plus they have kids in the back of the store playing outside which is a very dangerous area due to Walmart trucks coming in and out!! NASTY PLACE!!! THEY WORKERS EVEN LOOK FILTHY!!

I ordered carry out on their website and the manager called me saying they don’t do carryout after 10pm, which is ridiculous because I’ve not only have I gotten carryout from this location before past 10pm, but they’re open until 11pm. Missing items , won’t pick up phone even with 4-5 staff members had to drive to store to fix issue which I live 15 mins away then had to wait for them to cook my missing item then drive back so a hour later I could eat with my cold food. Only thing was offed was a 3 dollar soda. I switched from Pizza Hut for this same reason. Guess I’ll have to stick to Russell’s. Just spend the extra money and gas. Shame
