Delish!!! They never let me down. My food is always fresh, hot and delicious. Deliveries are on time, or I save a few bucks with pickup… Either way, staff is always sweet. I found the perfect pizza combo and Domino’s gets me right every time!! Got me wanting some “ret nah” lol

Service at this location recently has gone down dramatically, with my experience today being the worst. There were 2 workers making pizzas and seemed to be doing their job fine, one worker who was frantically running around and trying to right the ship, and another employee who didn’t look like they wanted to be there and put in the least effort possible. When I asked multiple times for my order that was ready and I could see it on the expediter stand, I was told the boxes weren’t labeled and they didn’t know which was mine. When I told them what my order was, they barely looked before going to do something else. When I asked again for my food, I was finally given it. There was still someone in the store waiting for their order and the line for the window pickup had grown from 1 to 4 cars in my 10 mins there, without a single order being delivered to anyone else. This location was once great with hardly any problems, but in the last few months the service and quality has dramatically decreased. I hope this will be addressed as I enjoy Domino’s, but not the service for this location.
Update: despite the owner/operator reaching out to have me email them personally, they never got back to me. At the same time, I’ve been having various other issues at this location. Management doesn’t seem too concerned about recent complaints it seems…

The WAY they picked to deliver their pizzas via their choice of route and drop off is absolutely RIDICULOUS!!!
Why in the world when you are coming from Celanese will you drive all the way to Dave Lyle and make a delivery there FIRST… then come BACK down 77 to Cherry road to deliver near Taco Bell.. when my address was literally within 2 minutes from the store only to bring our delivery last??
Make it make sense? An hour for food when the store is literally 2 minutes or less away.
This was a no brainer.. watching the drivers route gave me an aneurysm.

The food was good and the store is fun for kids to watch them make the pizzas. The service is not great. We ordered a supreme pizza with half having garlic, too. They made half with just garlic and cheese. I had to prove with the order and receipt that it was made incorrectly. It took them 15-20 minutes to remake the order. I asked to take the half of pizza that was correct for the inconvenience. The gentleman said “we will find a use for it” and refused to give the messed up pizza to make up for their mistake. There is no way that half garlic and cheese pizza would be reused. He chose eating the pizza himself over what was right for the customer.

First time ordering from this Domino’s and was VERY pleased with the service, food, delivery person. It was a very busy Saturday night and still a reasonable amount of time for delivery! Thank you for great Customer Service, getting the order completely right, and sending a very kind and customer focused driver for delivery! We will definitely be ordering from this Domino’s again!

I had come across several reviews mentioning that this place often gets orders wrong, but I was hopeful that the issue had been fixed by now. Unfortunately, my experience proved otherwise. I specifically ordered a buffalo chicken pizza, but when it arrived, it was completely missing the buffalo sauce! I mean, how does that even happen? The whole point of a buffalo chicken pizza is the buffalo sauce, right? It’s frustrating to pay for something and not get what you ordered, especially when it’s such a key ingredient. I really wanted to like this place, but this mix-up was a big letdown. Hopefully, they can improve their order accuracy in the future because the potential is there, but this kind of mistake is hard to overlook!

I think the staff was very helpful and very kind. But I am not thrilled about my experience. I wasn’t thrilled that I had to limp out of my home with an injured foot after waiting an hour and a half for food. I wasn’t thrilled that when I opened my pizza box, I found that it was cold. It was not being kept warm. And I wasn’t thrilled that the cheesy stuffed bread was mostly unsalted, unflavored dough which was 99.01% bread and 0.99% cheese. I nearly choked on the first bite (not literally, but it was uncomfortably thick/dry.

Every other Friday night, my family orders take out from this Domino’s. Our past experiences have been pretty ok, but when we got home and opened the box to enjoy our pizza, we were flabbergasted to see someone TOOK A SLICE OF OUR PIZZA! I didn’t pay $50+ to be missing food.
