Ordered delivery at 7:09 and was given an estimated delivery time of 51-66 minutes. Order was not delivered until 8:51, at least 30 minutes past the expected delivery time. When our food arrived, everything was cold and undercooked. The wings were supposed to have Buffalo sauce, and well…. the picture is attached. When I submitted a claim online for the issues with our order, I was offered 50% off my next order or a free medium pizza. I didn’t take either of these offered because I do not plan to order food from here again. I’d also like to add that I attempted to call the store multiple times during the hour and a half that I waited on my order and was put on hold for almost 20 minutes. I never actually got in touch with a store associate. Needless to say, I would not recommend ordering from this particular dominos, I was thoroughly disappointed and unimpressed with every aspect of their service. Just order papa johns or little Caesar’s.

I just wanna say the new manager over Dominos in Greenwood is fantastic, and I really think he is going to turn the store around! I saw the post about it being under new management, so we wanted to try it again.
We never ordered Domino’s because the service was so poor, and we would have to wait literally two or three hours to get a pizza delivered. But tonight‘s experience was excellent the pizza was ready very quickly, and he even walked me out to my car and thanked me for patronizing his store! 10/10
If past experiences there have prevented you from ordering from that location, I encourage you to give it a try in the next few weeks!

Every single time I have ordered delivery on here, the driver will always stop at least three times at other places before delivering our food. The pizza arrives cold and it arrives almost two hours later. Just tonight we ordered again at 8:09 and it didn’t arrive till 9:45. What is going on???

The place was nasty! There was sauce that you could had been there for a while all over the clear plastic there were flies flying all around where they put the pizzas in the box. The pizza was so greasy and the pizza was stuck to the box! We will not be returning to this dominos

Domino’s is A Pizza Place . Not a very good one , but maybe not the worst. The pizza was filling , their sauce is still as bad as it was 20 years ago. The service was at best called adequate. THE MOST HORRIBLE THING I OBSERVED WAS THAT THE ASSOCIATE PRESSING OUT THE DOUGH WAS NOT WEARING GLOVES , HE TOUCHED THE FACE OF ANOTHER ASSOCIATE AT ONE POINT THEN PUT HIS HANDS BACK INTO THE DOUGH. BUT IT GETS WORSE , TWO TIMES WHILE I WAS OBSERVING HE WENT TO THE CASH REGISTER AND TRANSACTED BUSINESS WITH NEW CUSTOMERS AS THEY CAME IN TO PUT IN ORDERS , HE THEN CAME BACK AND PUT HIS HANDS BACK INTO THE DOUGH. Finally my order was ready and I asked him for some garlic butter. He just stood there and looked at me. Finally this woman came out of the back somewhere and asked me what I needed. I told her what I had ask , she turned and ask him why he didn’t give it to me . I ask if she was the manager and was told she was the assistant manager. I told her everything that I saw , she gave NO RESPONSE. ALL THIS HAPPENED @ 8:00 P.M. ON 4/6/2024 . Also , the restroom was absolutely filthy. But amazingly I haven’t gotten sick yet and the food was tolerable. Customers Should Not Just Assume ANY restaurant is sanitary. THANKS !

2nd shift manager was very, short. Snappy and just rude. Tracker showed driver stopping 3x at other places before delivering our order which was luke warm. For the price paid we the customer would have loved to have had hot food.

tonight i ordered a pizza . it was free because of my points . and whoever the guy was to pick up the phone @10:32 on this date was not very polite . basically said we can give you points or remake it then proceeds to say oh it was free we could like remake it. i said that’s fine he said anything else . while i was still talking he proceeds to hang up . i call back he says dominos hold . and never comes back to the phone . i just wanted to ask do i give the pizza back or not ! it was completely dry ! no tomatoes sauce barely ! taste like it was just slapped together ! i know dominos is better than this i am disappointed!

Apparently the people working here on 07/21/24 at noon are either blind, or they just don’t care about their jobs at all. Look at the picture of how they sliced our pizza. Three huge hunks, and three tiny pieces. And look at all those bare spots with ZERO toppings, all bubbled up and burnt. Absolutely ridiculous.

Crust was soggy! Ordered extra cheese as a topping and there was so little that there was No Stretch!!!! Pepperoni on 1/2 and it was so thin that you could see through it. The lady could not ‘find my order’ even though she picked it up twice!
We are reward members but we are looking for another place for pizza. This one looked nothing like your advertisements!
