We order Domino’s and for the second time in a row, instead of the New York style Pizza that we ordered, they gave us a thin crust that was stiff as a board, I asked the guy at the window to make sure that we didn’t get the thin crust as a board Pizza and he assured us that our order was correct after we got home. The picture is showing what we received in response. I called the store they wanted to see the picture. I sent it 3 times they claimed they didn’t get it. They gave me the manager’s phone number. And then the manager refused to answer the phone. After we sent another picture so I went back to the store the next day and the manager then refused to replace our Pizza. That was inedible. We had to throw it away, claiming that that’s how their New York style Pizza comes stiff as a board usually. You have to eat every slice with both hands because it’s so floppy that it you have to use both hands. Guys, Pizza across the street is a much better alternative than Domino’s.

I ordered a medium cheese pizza for my 6 yesr old, a thin crust 2 topping for myself, and parmesan bread bites. The thin crust was BURNT and cut crooked amd not even all the way through. When I called I was told thats just the way thin crusts are. I have worked in the pizza industry for several years and that’s NOT how the thin crusts are. BIG difference in burnt and well done. The way my complaint was handled was completely disrespectful and unprofessional as well as false information! I couldn’t believe they sent out that pizza. Then tried to justify it. Luckily the kid was happy. A message was left for the owner to return the call. My husband knows him personally. But to no surprise he wasn’t given the message. Really disappointed in service amd how the manager handled things.

Every time I order I ask for light sauce and nope it’s smothered in it! I ask for it this way for medical reasons! I paid for a pepperoni and got a beef… also loaded with sauce and barely any cheese on them. I call and nobody answers no matter the time of day so I have to go complain in person I guess… would not recommend even in desperate times. I should have just went to dollar general and bought box pizza.

The store front needs some better lighting. It always looks closed. The service when I pick up the pizza was not inviting. The crew seemed disorganized. This was my second pickup order and the quality of the pizza was lacking. The online ordering and the information was not accurate for the pickup time. They do have a drive through windows for pickup also.

I wanna say I love this Domino’s but EVERY SINGLE TIME I order thin crust I order a pie cut and it’s ALWAYS cut in square. It drives me nuts. Other than that. It’s perfect. Please pay attention to the orders preferences.

Burnt pasta bowl and the owner brags about how there would be no consequences if cooperate is called. The owner was very rude to my mother so I guess he can only be rude to women and not a man. Trashy stay away.

Was trying to place an order over the phone around 6 pm they would pick up the phone and then place it back on immediate hold without saying anything. It happened 3 times on the same call then I called back they did the same. Went inside and the attitudes were horrible I walked out and went to another location despite it being further.
