Placed an online order and showed up to the window after 20 min only to be told they hadn’t even started it yet. 25 min later, I get my order for the “loaded chicken – sweet bbq bacon” and it’s burnt throughout. I was the only customer at the store the entire time I was there. Horrible. No excuses.

Our local shop is awesome! Some of the best delivery pizza in the city, with some of the greatest, friendliest staff around. They even doublecheck if the order we place is correct quite often, and have saved me from making bad mistakes like a cheeseless pizza! A couple of weeks ago, I placed an order for a pizza with tomato sauce, pepperoni, green peppers, and sausage. But instead, we got a pizza with Alfredo sauce, olives that we didn’t ask for, and chicken. I am very disappointed with this because we got a pizza that wasn’t even somewhat similar. I mean I could have called the store a few weeks ago, but I chose not to just to keep the peace. Today, I ordered a meat lovers pizza with green peppers. Somehow, I received a pizza with only pepperoni and sausage, and the meat was very skimpy. I got banana peppers instead of what I ordered, which was green peppers, and the pizza wasn’t even fully cut. I had to use a pizza cutter to finish cutting it. I am very dissatisfied and I am thinking about calling corporate because this is unacceptable. No one has money to waste these days especially with everything being so expensive, and for food I didn’t enjoy????? I am truly disgusted by customer service these days.

Had 4 medium pizzas delivered, said it was gonna take an hour to arrive, delayed it by 30 minutes and then when the guy shows up he had the complete wrong order.
we then had to wait almost a full other hour to get our food, by then it was only slightly warm and wasn’t even remotely fresh, despite being “remade”
When calling about this instead of offering to remake our order they offered a refund and credit to another order, I don’t want another order I want the one I placed 2 hours ago.
The delivery driver Gavin was nice and at least attempted to fix the situation, but whoever we spoke to on the phone was less than useless.

Pizza was cooked to perfection and it was soft, crispy and still hot. They ran out of a topping I wanted and they offered a nice coupon for the inconvenience. Delivery guy Brad, came into my building and handed right to me, didn’t leave it at the front desk to get cold. Very kind, friendly and considerate.

Pizza, cheese bread, brownies were delicious as always. I have to say that on this visit I was a little upset when I arrived at 4:50 my estimated pizza pick up time and my order was not ready. The gentleman, who I assume was the delivery driver at the window told me that only one person was working the line and they were backed up and that my order was going in next. When I picked the order up at 5:10 the other gentleman there was running the line by himself gave me my order and said have a great rest of your day. I figured if he could have a smile on his face with the working conditions he had to work with, I couldn’t get that upset for having to wait an additional 20 minutes. When I got home my food was hot and delicious. So I chose to do as the gentleman suggested. Have a great rest of my day.

Ordered 2 pizzas, one was the deluxe with the meat, peppers, onions, mushrooms and I added olives, this was a poor excuse for a pizza, it didn’t hardly have anything on it and no mushrooms at all, very poor quality, last time I got the deluxe it was really good but tonight it was terrible. This Dominos is definitely going down hill, guess I will take my business elsewhere and that’s a shame cause we order from them on a regular. Do better Dominos

No Toppings! We ordered 2 medium one-toping pizzas. The sausage pizza was mostly crust with little sauce or cheese, and bubbles all over the crust. It was dry and tasteless, and they failed to add the flavor to the crust.

Placed an order online on a Saturday night with an estimated ready time of 15-25 minutes after order was placed. Arrived at the store 35 minutes after order was placed. After waiting in the drive thru line for another 10 minutes finally got up to the window and was told they hadn’t started making my food yet (45 minutes after order was placed). I was told they would start making my order immediately but it would be at least another 10 minutes so I asked for a refund since I had 2 young kids with me and they were already melting down.
There were 6 cars that left the drive thru line and drove away without food just in the time I was waiting in line. This place is in serious need of some better management and I won’t be driving out of my way anymore when Papa John’s is closer, cheaper, has a much better loyalty program, and is managed better.
