Hope you guys have better food than your drivers can drive. I don’t want to even consider you now. If someone orders Dominos they are getting a side of possible car accidents. Make your drivers take Drivers Ed.
I went in to let them know of the dangers their drivers were putting people in. I said “I need a manager” and no one spoke up. You all just stared in silence. Take some responsibility for your store and team. You hide like cowards behind a corporate name. And to the driver that driver that doesn’t know how to drive: i wish that car had hit me. Cause it would have been legally your fault for coming to a stop in a right-a-way lane to allow yielding traffic to cross.

Zion had actually been my delivery driver twice this week. All I can say is amazing. He’s got a smile and great energy as soon as he steps out and is very friendly to deal with. I didn’t have as much as I would’ve been comfortable with for a tip due to moving. He was very kind and accepted it with a smile. That’s a great personality and a top tier service worker. Will definitely be ordering again for the over the top friendly service.

Foods usually fine once it finally shows up. Be prepared to wait an hour+ for your order every single time. Usually they forget sauce cups/drinks so also prepare for that.

My pizza showed up later than scheduled, which is honestly expected and I’m fine with that. But the young lady that delivered said to me “I hate to be that guy but I saw there was no tip do you mind adding it?” I understand folks live primarily off tips but that is not a requirement. And the thing is I had cash I planned on giving her but I was so shocked that I didn’t even remember the cash. The wrong way to go about it

I see a ton of bad delivery reviews…id advise you guys to just take the trip to the store…only if Ms Nicole is there though…you can not expect good customer service from the establishment if she is not present…their district manger and the lady with pink hair could use some extended training on how to properly speak to someone when denying a request that is normally done everytime a customer comes in…its okay to decline…however your disposition while doing so…could be interpreted as something else…good thing I know the entire establishment has a different vibe when Ms Nicole is there…as long as she is there I will continue to go when she is there…even if my special request will be denied…I know it will be in a respectful manner.

Your tracking app doesn’t work at all. Not sure how a pizza missing a piece can pass your quality check

Driver left our pizza on the ground outside after we left specific instructions to knock. The neighborhood cats piss on our porch so our pizza was left in cat piss. Portion for mac n cheese was absolutely pathetic. Got our sauce order wrong as well. Pizzas were not cut all the way through.

This Domino’s is better than most. I don’t eat at Domino’s often, but I have yet to get a bad pizza or have an issue with an order.

I have had the WORST EXPERIENCE EVER… The driver DELIBERATELY LEFT MY PIZZA ON THE GROUND. He delivered it early, didn’t contact any phone number we had on file, and drove back to the store. I spoke with AUSTIN PUTNAM, the “franchisee” and he said that it’s DOMINO’S POLICY/CULTURE NATIONWIDE TO LEAVE IT ON THE GROUND even though he’s just a “franchisee”. He saw nothing wrong with the driver’s actions even though that driver has had countless complaints against him. This is the second time that we have had this driver. The first time, he ASKED IF I ALREADY TIPPED HIM AS SOON AS I OPENED THE DOOR, then proceeded to drop my food ON THE GROUND while he was pulling it out of the bag. But the “franchisee” sees nothing wrong with this type of behavior in his employees. I asked him if we were on a recorded line and he said “Yes”. I will contact Domino’s Corporate about this incident and see if they feel the same way. The woman who picked up the phone at the store had more empathy and was understanding about the situation, but when the “franchisee” took over the call to “mediate” the situation, he made it much much worse. I appreciate the product itself from the cooks at the restaurant, but until this is resolved, I will not be a customer “nationwide”.

Talked to “Stephanie” the manager at this location who rudely let me know
“If you’re calling to tell me your pizza is shaken up, I’m not replacing it! I have had 7 calls about shaken up pizza and I have had to remake it 7 times and I’m not remaking your pizza ”! After listening to this I tried to reason with her and ask her if she was going to make me pay for what other customers have experienced and she said “Yes” people are trying to get free pizza. After a few back and forths she still refused to remake my pizza and said she could give me a credit and that was all. I took the credit but I wanted my pizza Obviously her drivers are playing hockey with the pizza today this is only a highlight of the conversation. As a former restaurant owner this is absolutely unacceptable service and I know Dominoes is better than this. So I’m sitting here with a pizza sandwich that is stuck together trying to figure out how to make sense of this mess.
