I feel so bad for the guy at the register. He was so nice and as soon as I walked in I could tell already I should of just ordered somewhere else. He has to sit there and tell people they have to wait 15 to 20 mins….mind you I ordered 30 minutes online before I got to the store. The normal wait time is 15 to 20 minutes AFTER you order..not after you arrive. I don’t what’s up with this store in particular but good lord….they are Sssssssllllllllooooooow!

Ordered online, estimated up to 59minutes for delivery. 90 minutes later finally delivered. One pizza over cooked, all 3 pizzas barely room temp. Called to discuss with mgmt and was quickly just told it would be refunded and the driver would get nothing. Told him I didn’t want the driver to not get tip and would be fine paying for the salad that was good. Was rudely told, that’s not the way it works and goodbye. You can’t improve your service or quality if you don’t listen to the issues.

i Order from this specific location yesterday my son throw up all night from 9:30 pm to 4:30 am I all cheese becareful when you order online they might send you something that is already expired or recall . Never had any issues at any other locations dhec need to come and do a visit here .

I ordered my pizza and cheese bread, from the Dominoes on DickPond road. My pizza was not made as I ordered. I ordered thin crust, I received hand toss, I also ordered extra chicken on my pizza to which I did not get. I also paid for 3 cups of marinara, I never received them. This is not the first time this store has messed up my order.

Ordered a Large Philly Cheese Steak Pizza with extra meat, and extra on 2 kinds of different cheeses…Paid extra of course…However….With an extra 2 kinds of cheeses i expect the Pizza to be dripping with cheese…And no bald spots on the bread etc.. Yet when I paid extra for extra I get regular or right below regular…Unacceptable…Do better or lose our business!!! Also the 15% off entire order coupon did not apply!!!
