I called to get a pizza about 15 miles out. I choose to speak to a person at the store because I had questions. For 10 miles… no answers by the time I called bk and made automated order I was to the store before order popped up on screen. I was the only customer there at that time.

This is usually my go to but the last two times I’ve been the same guy that’s in there is terrible. Today, my app says my pizza is ready and when I go in he tells me he’s fixing to put it in. I said it says it’s ready (and so does the board inside) and he says give me 5 minutes. He completely cleared my name off the board.

You now can not place an order without paying over the phone, that is not safe you have no clue if someone is writing your card information down as you read it to them. I’m going to miss Dominions, it’s the only good convenient pizza for 40 miles.
Everytime I go to this location the Staff is very polite and helpful. They always give me the best deals with a smile on their faces. The pizza is great! Even if the pizza was mediocre I’d still go for them amazing employees….

The employee that was working was well mannered and fast. He was very professional. But the answering system was a nightmare, I could not understand half of what she said, and she could barely understand anything I said. It took 20 minutes to order a pizza and cheesy bread and 2 orders of loaded tots. Then she said any order over 50 $ had to be paid with a card, then after I took off an order of tots, she said she was wrong but came back only to say she was right. The automated ordering is worthless it kept getting the order wrong. And they never have blue cheese sauce even when they say they do until you get there to pay. Also the price the woman gave me on the phone was way different than what they charged. Dealing with Dominoes automated service and the people they have helping on it and taking your order. Was the reason I won’t go back. And after trying the loaded tots with about as much taste as cardboard, everything I went through tonight we would have been better off to go deal with big d’s bar b que. Which the prices there are just as bad. You pay way too much for food that isn’t worth a quarter of what they charge. If even that.
