Ordered delivery. Pizza was ok but skimpy on the toppings. Also ordered pepperoni cheese sticks. They didn’t even cut them. Just a big glob of burned cheese on top of a loaf of bread and a single pepperoni. Also paid 99 cents for ranch which we didn’t get and when we called and asked for a refund they said that they are unable to do same day refunds…it’s 2024! Do you do your refunds on a typewriter?

I wish I could give less then one star on my experience today. This is the worst experience I’ve ever had at any dominos in both quality of food and customer service! This occurred on 07/02/21 at approximately 10:10 pm.
I picked up my pizza at this location all seeming well. But upon inspection of my pizza I found this (photos attached below) as you can see the pizza is completely covered in a pool of grease. I returned to the store and asked why it was so greasy and the manager rudely said “well that’s what you get when you order Brooklyn style” she then rolled her eyes at me and just walked off to the back. The boy working the counter was apologetic and offered me some napkins to try to soak the pool of grease up with. I walked outside and tried but the entire pizza was too saturated to be fixed. I returned inside and politely asked for a refund because it was inedible. The boy said it would be no problem, and just needed a managed approval. When he asked for her to come and approve it she just rolled her eyes when she seen me and said “ now what’s the problem” and I told her the pizza is way greasy for me to serve it to my family. She said “well your going to have to wait” after 2-4 minutes she came over and authorized the refund.
I attempted to speak to her and she intentionally ignored me. After she finished what she had to do I said “thank you very much man, and sorry for the trouble” she then just rolled her eyes at me and walked off to the back.
I hope someone in upper management sees this and is able to give this woman some training on customer service. Her behavior toward me and the staff under her was just sad. I truly hope she looses her bad attitude as it affects everyone else around her

Don’t bother with the so called “Loaded Tots”! Where’s the bacon!?
Also, careful when site gives you a chance to leave a tip. Doesn’t show as tip on the CC slip so I tipped the driver another $10 because he said they didn’t add it, they Did!!

Do not order at this location at surfaide, we are staying half a mile away and ordered here. Little did we know all calls transferred to a location at Merrill’s inlet, when we called and placed order, we did not know because the number transferred. Could not pick up our order near us and they wanted to charge a delivery fee. This should not have happened.

Ordered two pizzas; one left off 5 toppings. Ordered a week later for delivery… an hour and a half later, no pizza. Called, was told they were on their way, 1/2 hour later, still no pizza. They are 1.8 miles from me
