DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! We are traveling home and stayed in a hotel in Florence, SC and decided to just have pizza delivered. Ordered at 7pm and did not arrive until 9pm!!! At 8:14pm we got notified that our order was complete and delivered and thought it was at the front desk and they said no pizza person has come through. At 8:45pm we got a text from a personal number that they’d be here in 10 minutes. Finally show up and we had requested paper plates and said they don’t give any since Covid? We’ve had dominos since after Covid and have always got paper plates when requested. So needless to say this location is terrible says your order is completed when it’s not and comes another hour later.

My pizza said delivered 45 minutes before it actually got here. I tried calling the business with no answer. After 1.5 hours I decided to drive up for my delivery and it showed up at my house while I was at the Domino’s location. Friendly service and food was great, and they offered me a free pizza for my next time. Tried redeeming that pizza today and no records of a free pizza. Again friendly staff and good food but horrible business ethics. Not sure I’ll ever order from this location again. Save your money and your time

When we returned home with our 2 pizzas. There was a huge chunk missing out of a piece. It almost looks like bite marks. If it’s sticking to the rack, correct the problem a make another pizza for the costumer. There’s too many pizza joints to pick from for this to happen to a local no less!

I realize after ordering why this store has a 2 rating. I placed order at 838p. Tracker states it will be delivered between 912p and 918p. Every 2 minutes after 918p the time kept getting delayed a few minutes. Then at 945pm it shows delivered. Called the store. Waited on hold for 10mins and was told they tracker doesn’t work and my pizza hasn’t even left the store yet. It’s 10pm. Still waiting. I shouldn’t have even bothered. I’m traveling here for work and I just wasted 2 hours waiting for food and… I have to be up early. No time to order anywhere else. Never again will I order from here.

Pizza says delivered but is not at the door. I called the store and stated that they just left the store and are on the way. Please if the pizza is not at the door don’t mark it as delivered because you want to get caught back up. That might cause less trouble the store as well with less phone calls asking about where the “delivered”pizza is! 6:27 still no pizza!

The past 3 orders in a row has been wrong 1 way or another. My son loves cheese so I’ve PAID for extra cheese and pepperoni yet when it arrives there’s not much cheese at all. When I called I was told there is nothing they can do. They took my $$ with NO PROBLEM THO. NOT 1 person has offered to make it right.

I ordered online. I was told my order was completed. I wait two hours for my food. Then when I called the store I was told there is no manager so it’s nothing they can do. They complete the order to reroute the driver without even giving me my food. So I reorder my food. The manager called and said they was not making my order and they would refund me while saying I can no longer order from there store . I was very polite while this lady was so rude over the phone. Never got my refund I really want to speak with someone above them. The driver is not completing orders neither is the store but taking money.
