I have been the occasional fan of Domino’s over the years and typically get sausage and mushroom, plain cheese etc. Today I ordered and large ground beef and mushroom, with light sauce, and well done bake. Honestly was probably the worst pizza I have had ever. It had a very institutional flavor, as in toppings or cheese that had been frozen, full of preservatives or something. It was also very salty the beef tasted nothing like actual beef. I ate 2 slices because I was hungry but the rest went to the garbage. The only reason I am writing here is because your company offers no other accomodation on your app to contact customer service. Im not expecting anything, just needs to be known.

My experience was disappointing. I ordered a Phillys sandwich without mushrooms due to my allergy and when I was halfway into my sandwich I see mushrooms, to which I called them to inform of the situation – speaking to the man over the phone he said he admitted to putting them on the sandwich but tried to take it all off but evidently missed some. He offered a remake to which I said no, I would prefer a refund – he said he could not do that. I then asked for a manager and he proceeded to tell me he was one, he got someone else on the phone and they proceeded to tell me the same thing. The women ended up not only offering and remake but also a credit back onto the account – to which I do not have due to not eating them often, she then said she could make me one and I declined. She then gave me a condescending attitude and told me my order would be free and refunded. This whole situation is disappointing and distasteful.

I had a terrible experience at this store over the weekend, despite being a routine customer nearly weekly. We ordered 10 pizzas for delivery at 11am for my 4 year old’s birthday party. At 11:20, I called the store because the tracker showed the pizzas in “quality check” status for 42 minutes, and they were not yet on their way. The person who answered the phone told me the delivery driver hadn’t shown up for work and he couldn’t give me an ETA on when our delivery would be. Meanwhile, I had a house full of hungry toddlers and parents and no food. No one called me to ask if I’d prefer to pick up, no communication at all. When I asked to speak to the store’s manager, the person on the phone claimed to be the manager. He was so incredibly rude and unprofessional, complaining about all the pizzas he had to make for other orders, etc. When I expressed frustration about not having food for my guests, his only contribution to a solution was to “cancel this order right now”. We ended up having a guest leave our party to go pick up the food and received no apology or compensation, including that of our prepaid tip/delivery. I placed the order at 5:30am because when I tried to do so the day prior, I was unable to select delivery in advance so the store could have planned for the order. All of my pizzas were plain cheese/pepperoni – nothing difficult. Having to spend 10 minutes on the phone dealing with this instead of greeting guests was unfortunate, and having a large order of cold pizzas that had been sitting for an hour to eventually serve those guests was even worse. Terrible customer service and even worse attitude from this “manager”.

Customer service is absolutely garbage! Went in on Friday and there was an employee with literal over the ear headphones covering his ears – rubbing something on the back of his head – then touching our food! I had to throw mine away because I was so disgusted! The employee didn’t speak to a single person that came in and just handed them their food.
I do not know how this person got hired because they obviously hate their job! STAY AWAY from this garbage establishment!

Pick up our pizza and he tried to charge me twice as much, and tried giving me pizzas I didn’t order ( that’s why the price was much higher) then when I questioned it. He was very rude. If your going to work in this industry be more pleasant!!

I would give this store 5 stars across the board except for the fact that the last two times we’ve ordered wings, we’ve been disappointed. Previous orders since the store opened were always great but a week ago the wings were undercooked and hardly sauced. Today’s order of wings was slightly more cooked but could have used at least another minute in the heat, and at least had some sauce. Not sure we’re going to keep relying on this source for our Buffalo wings.

Im a trucker and sometimes it is hard to find a decent meal let alone get it delivered somewhere. The staff went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. The food quality is consistently good from the vast majority of the Domino’s locations we have tried. We tend to go to this chain more than others because of that.
