I come to this Domino’s all the time and it’s always 5 stars- delicious! I wanted to leave a review because the guy working tonight 03/19/25 @7:30pm was exceptionally kind. I was only in and out very quickly for a pickup but he had a huge smile on his face and it put me in a great mood. He also did an excellent job making my pizza 🙂 Thank you!

One of the quickest ways to grab a pizza and dinner on the island. Love their order tracker and app which makes it easy to find promotions and deals. The pizzas a great value and taste great. The staff are friendly and the turnaround for pies is as quick as they come. They also have ♿ handicap accessible parking and entrances.

The food quality was outstanding, it was textbook Domino’s. The food was prepared how the corporate chefs want it prepared. I ordered the barbecue chicken bites and they were the best I have ever had at Dominos. The service was top notch. Atmosphere? It is a delivery pizza place, what do you expect? It was clean, not the place to come if you want a lot of ambiance. But still 5 stars.

Just picked up a large, thin-crust pizza w/pepperoni, sausage and jalapenos (one side only). Over cooked with burned crust and had only about 6 slices of jalapeno. I specifically asked for pie slice (triangle) style but got little squares instead. Worst pizza I ever had – and this place used to have great pizza (been coming here for over 20 years). On the positive side, the guy who boxed the pizza (presumably also prepared it) was very friendly. I won’t be going there again.

I’ve lived in isle of palms for 13 years and can remember when there was only Luke and Ollie’s. Later we got a pizza hut. We all thought this was amazing. The pizza hut was torn down and later this dominoes was established. This place had good service when first opened. Over the last 2 years, there has been a considerable decrease in good service. This ranges from undercooked pizzas, incorrect toppings, remade pizzas taking nearly an hour, food poisoning, everything under the sun. All reported to the store, none cared for. This is not a problem with the employees, lord knows that every 3 months there’s a new cast working there. This feels like something higher up, as surely not every employee acts this way for no reason. All a man wants is his pizza.

We ordered Saturday evening and all 5 people who ate this pizza have spent the last 36 hours with severe food poisoning. When I called to store to notify them they didn’t seem to care. I stated that I wasn’t asking for a refund, but still wasn’t even asked for details of our order so they could check contamination/etc. I had no intention of leaving a review but after the carelessness of the phone call I’d never order here again.

Food/service was great but the atmosphere was definitely one of the worst I’ve ever been in. Within the total of 25-30 minutes of eating inside the “manger” (if that’s what she was. She was red headed.) was completely rude to not one, but the whole work staff there. Constant yelling, jumping onto the others, cussing, being rude, and so on.. one lady was new and still learning and I just felt so bad for her because of the way she was treated by the “manager” for messing up. Before I left, I leaned over the counter and told one man, “I feel for you all and hope you get out of this toxic environment.” To which he responded, “she only gets worse.” So this must be an everyday occurrence for them. Other than the hateful lady, food was amazing and the “new” lady that brought us our food was awesome and definitely too kind to be working in such a toxic place.
