I previously spoke with Bradley regarding my order being incorrect. He informed me that he was unable to resend the order that night due to a shortage of delivery drivers. However, he clearly stated that I could receive a replacement order and advised me to call the store and let them know.
I followed those instructions and called the store today. Unfortunately, the representative who answered the phone placed me on hold multiple times and then disregarded what I was told by Bradley. I was informed that he gave me the wrong information.
This is extremely frustrating and unacceptable. If incorrect information was provided by a manager, that is an internal company issue and should not fall on the customer. I simply expect the replacement order that I was promised. I would appreciate your prompt assistance in resolving this matter.

Been a loyal customer. Spent plenty of money with my orders. Received Pizzas without cheese. Called to speak to the manager and explain that why would I order pizza without cheese having bought a couple hundred dollars worth pizzas with cheese. He was ignorant, arrogant and not professional. So my recommendation to the public is buy red Barron pizza from the grocery store. You get pizza with cheese and not ignorant employees stealing your money. Never again Duminos.

The woman I spoke to on the phone did a very good job at taking my order. She was polite, well spoken, and very kind. I got a gluten-free crust and she specified that there would be minor amounts of cross-contamination very aware.

NEVER AGAIN. The app falsely claimed my order was delivered so I called the store.
ZACK blamed it on an app glitch and said to call back if I didn’t get it within 10 minutes (I feel like they enter fake earlier delivery times on their end so they look more productive than they really are).
HAILEY delivered it 30 MINUTES later! Food arrived COLD and HARD, was stuck to top of pizza box, NO cheese and 2/3 of the order was wrong! It looked like DOG FOOD.
Of course I already pre-tipped so I couldn’t even adjust it on the back end.
I immediately called the store back and spoke with BRADLEY who said he was the manager.
After I explained my concerns, he immediately claimed that his system showed delivery time as 45 minutes prior.
I advised that his records were incorrect and asked for a refund bc the order was inedible and a waste of $50.
Bradley REFUSED to refund!
Bradley offered to have it remade and sent out but couldn’t provide an ETA. I declined the offer.
He said next time I want to order, to call the store and say that Bradley applied a credit for me to use. (Only at THAT store, no reference # and not showing in the app so no proof he even did it)
I called the store the next day and NOBODY answered after being on hold for almost 10 minutes. The funny thing is I was sitting in my car parked outside the store watching them through the glass as they ignored my call!! I was so irritated, I just drove off.

Not that anyone cares; however, They are base at most and clearly understaffed. It shouldn’t take an hour to order a pizza. I’m so incredibly underwhelmed that I can’t even begin to write at a discernible description of how terrible this experience was. Three thumbs down. As a follow up, the pizza was doughy, undercooked, and cold. I only feel bad for the person who had to deliver this crap sandwich.

Please keep in mind that I wouldn’t be posting this if it was the first time we had an issue… When I order online, wait for curbside delivery to get nothing for about 15 minutes (after arriving at the later pickup time frame they said it would be ready) to come inside and have my order not fully ready, my sandwich burnt, given ranch for my Cesar salad (not a big deal but really? asked for and ordered Cesar dressing) then when I said something about my sandwich being burnt and not really wanting to wait even longer (mind you it’s now after 8pm) to have them remake it, I was told “yeah, to be honest it would still probably be burnt”… I’m sorry, but what? That’s wild… oh and we didn’t get an item from our order-in fact we got something from someone else’s order, and didn’t get a few of the sauces we ordered.. $60 waste. Really not sure why we still decide to eat here..

I have ordered from this location twice in 2 weeks. Both times I did not receive eating utensils for the pasta order. I called to speak with them asking to please remember the utensils and napkins. The driver Eric said it’s not on his order and he do not put it in. I called spoke to Dan who ensured he was sending after 45 mins they did not bring it. When I finally decided to try scoop the pasta with my pizza noticed it was made without the Spinach. Called them concerning that and how cold my pizza is now. I requested a remake of my order and will give t back the uneaten order just to be told he will only remake the pasta but will not do anything concerning the cold pizza. I order pizza and pasta because I eat it together. I have no way to heat up the pizza because I am at a business. I will not order anything from this location moving forward. Customer services is lost and this is disappointing.

Delivery origin defaulted to this Domino’s store, no option in-app to change location. After 30 minutes, the tracker said my pizza was out of the oven and my driver was on the way. Then next thing I know, my order said cancelled with no other info. Called the store and was told I was out of their delivery range and “that just happens sometimes”. I live 12 minutes from this Dominos. App issues aren’t their fault, but very poor communication and customer service from staff.
