I’ve personally never been to a chain store of any kind that’s impressed me this much. The staff were, smiling, responsive and super nice. The store was very clean and best of all the pizza was amazing. I got a double bacon thin crust that was baked to near perfection, had plenty of bacon and was cut into squares (the proper way to cut a pub style thin crust). I’ve been up and down the east coast and all the way to Chicago and I would put this chain stores pie up against most of the mom and pop locals I’ve been to.

Topping on a sausage pizza I bought is almost nonexistent! 4 pieces had zero pieces of sausage. I ordered 2 pizzas and both had very little cheese as well? It’s been a while since I’ve ordered Dominos so I thought I’d give it a try but that was a mistake.

Store is ran by children. They close down online ordering whenever it gets slightly busy and if you call them out on it they hang up on you and tell the higher ups that you were cussing them. Then the higher ups will make more excuses (through email, you’re not good enough for them to actually talk to) up to and including their employees safety because it was raining when the order wasn’t even for delivery! I will drive outside of Laurens county before I give this place another dime.

I love the food at Domino’s. The store owner of Laurens is a very kind and helpful man. The store is always clean and the service is quick. I had an issue once, but they resolved it quickly and at their expense. It’s a bit of a risk getting the parmesean bites because they sometimes come out dry, but most of the time they’re great. Pizza is amazing for the price if you use the mobile app or online deals.

Probably the best Domino’s I’ve been doing business with. Everybody is always polite and when I don’t always have a whole lot to tip the driver when I get delivery, they’re still always really good sports. I make the tip up to them on the next delivery and they appreciation shows.

Ordered online for pickup. Walked in…SMELLED like a “pizza joint” and the store was IMACULATE! It reminded us of pizza houses from the past. Were greeted by a worker making pizzas and told us she’d be with us in a minute. She acknowledged us, so no problem. The manager walked out from the back to help us. We gave our name, he came back with our order and, upon seeing we had multiple gift cards, offered to enter them for us. The entire experience was positive from the online order all the way to walking out the door with our order!

I’ve tried twice in this last month order online to get a coupon code…twice have I been told in store they can’t help me or honor the codes when the site don’t work. Tonight i called and once i got the computer to load and I wanted to order it said i must choose delivery. So i called back to speak to someone and she picked up and said we are closed. Online it says they close at 1am. If you are not going tk be open the hours reflected online please change it. Also do better training and teach these employees about customer service. Yall want people money but want to not do anything to aid in their ordering. I love your pizza but I love my money and would prefer a nice knowledgeable person when I call.
