Well I don’t know why they have the special 7 topping for a large under $10.00 because I got home, checked the order and some of the slices didn’t have onions, beef or bell peppers on it. I used to work at a pizza place years ago and I do know there are certain cups or scoops to be used and you supposed to sprinkle it around and all over the pizza. This order was wasted money and I am not pleased at all

We often get Domino’s to go either pickup or delivery with online ordering. Works like a charm, delivery is always in a reasonable amount of time, and pie is always hot. Overall have had pretty good consistent luck with all the Domino’s stores I have ordered from.

BEWARE: incorrect change, pay online so you won’t get scammed. Cashier was irritated when I pulled my calculator out, she was trying to overcharge $6 and you could just tell from her attitude this was every customer. $6 x 50 customers is an extra $300 / day in the drawer that would be pulled out at the end of shift

We called asking about a pan pizza or a deep dish they told us they had one and when we got this they said oh yeah it’s made in a pan with a buttery flavor…… Had me known we would have gotten the same thickness of crust we would have ordered a large regular pizza we feel like we were cheated

Called up ( by the way I’m still on hold with Domino’s in Clinton as I write this ) again Called up 6 X they picked the phone up and hung up the phone. Then on the 7 time lady answered and said Hello hold please. Now I’ve been on hold for 15 minutes. After 10 minutes I had my son call another pizza place in Clinton and they pick up on the 2nd ring. Now he’s on his way to pick it up now. Now this shows the lack of respect Domino’s has for their customers and the lack of pride that the management and the employees have there. Now I can see why people in Clinton tell me not to go to Domino’s in Clinton.

This is probably the fourth time in my life I’ve eaten at this Domino’s. There’s a reason for that. Every now and again I get really desperate and I have to pick up quick food. And three out of the four times I’ve been here. My order has been subpar or even more mid than you would expect from a Domino’s Pizza? Because it kind of feels like most Domino’s Pizza chains have upped their game, except for this one. Like this is the Domino’s Pizza. I remember eating in the ’90s and thinking Domino’s wasn’t real pizza and it was disgusting and it tasted like Chuck-E-Cheese. I don’t have that experience at other Domino’s. And when I once had such a terrible experience that like everything on my pizza was charred, and yet they were cold, even though I picked them up within 20 minutes of placing my order which had an estimated wait time of 15 minutes, and I called the store, I got the most insane runaround I have ever dealt with, I ended up talking to a regional manager who promised to refund it to me and replace the pizzas, I didn’t really need a replacement for the pizzas, but oh well. I figured I would take them. I showed up for my refund, and the store manager was frantic and angry and refused to give me the certificates that were left with my name on them in the safe? And just kept saying he would remake the pizzas and I explained to him that I had only picked up pizza cuz I had guests over. And he said fine. I’ll give you vouchers for those exact same pizzas.

It was honestly over 20 minutes of arguing, which went against the franchises policies, the franchise owner/regional manager, he was literally holding the certificates in his hand that had my name on them but refused to give them to me and said that because they couldn’t make change and I would have to spend the whole $10 of each cert, each time, he “didn’t like giving them out”.
That was a straight-up nightmare, and I stayed away from this Domino for like a year afterwards because he was super confrontational with me and getting way too close and in my face and I just kept trying to explain to him that I did want the refund and the vouchers for the replacement pizzas. But I was not going to replace the pizzas that day cuz I wasn’t going to eat two whole pizzas on my own? And I kept referencing the conversation I had had with either the franchise owner or the regional manager. I can’t remember which at this point, and he kept saying that. Yes that is what he said and yes that is what I was promised but that just wasn’t what he was going to do? He wanted to remake the pizzas for me right then instead of giving me the certificates and I guess just I was Sol on the refund? Until finally he demanded my receipt, which I didn’t have on me at the time because it was a digital order. So the only receipt that came with it was stuffed in the pizza box and covered in grease and I had tossed it, so I pulled up the receipt from my phone and he got exasperated and said why don’t you have a physical one?
He eventually stormed away from my car where he had been aggressively leaning into my window, went into the store, got me $20 out of the register and just kind of chucked it at me? And then I left because I was so stressed I couldn’t handle the situation.
This most recent time I picked up two pizzas, and once again they were Chuck E. Cheese pizzas.
Like it was truly sad. They were paper thin, they were super crunchy? (I don’t like thin crust pizzas and I specifically did not order thin crust pizza, it is an option, I did not choose it)
The combined volume of both of the toppings on the two topping pizza made up approximately two and a half mushrooms and 10 slices of onion. On two pizzas. No, they were not small pizzas.
And it was all so greasy. It was a nightmare.
I will say that I’ve never had much problem with the people at the takeout window.
… But yikes.
I have friends in New York and we always joke about Domino’s being the Taco Bell of pizza places, And this Domino’s doesn’t even meet that standard.

We literally ordered over 30 pizzas from them for a large group today, pretty last minute. They were super accommodating, our delivery driver was awesome and the woman I spoke to, who’s name cannot recall (sorry), was so sweet. Cant thank them enough for helping us out last minute!!
