When you order pizza from there expected delivery time to be a lot longer than what they expect. For what you pay for the pizza it should come at least hot not cold on time and not look like this. I recommend trying to find a different Domino’s Pizza than the one on 280 N Church Street. Domino’s corporation needs to come down and clean house to make this dominoes what they expect. Cinnamon bites for dry very little cinnamon on them and the pizza can speak for itself.

Every time I order from here it seems like something isn’t right. No hot buffalo sauce on one pizza. And no garlic seasoning (completely bone dry of any flavor) on the crust of the other. I know it’s just Domino’s and not super fancy cuisine, but why is it so hard to add basic ingredients that we paid for?

First time going to this Domino’s location & I was happy with the food & the service. I placed my order online & I followed it on step of its process. I waited in line for less than 10 minutes for my order also. Girl at the window was helpful when my debit card wouldn’t read & waited on me to get my money switched over to my other card. I will recommend this location to others based on my experience last night. Look forward to reading from there again.

I’ve been getting delivery from this Dominos for at least a year now. I’ve tried everything on the menu. Tho I have my favorites. I don’t understand why so many complaints !?!?!? Every single order of mine has been rateable from “Really Good” to “Outstanding” !!! And the people have treated me with total Kindness. Also, I’ve Never received a cold order from them. Set in the drive th for 20 mins and. Im am currently sitting in this location. No one greeted me upon entry, the manager who should be up to date on all policy and procedure is not. My pizza slid off the seat and out the box when I left. It is said to be covered under the insurance if the incident is reported within 2 hrs of leaving. The manager misquoted the policy so wrong to the point where I had to read it to her and the district manager was said to be called and the remake was approved.As a manager this is unacceptable especially when everyone in the establishment that should be working has on headphones and a customer has to provide education for the employee

I don’t recommend this domino’s at all!! I don’t see how you can have so many people “working” but yet nobody is doing anything! Just standing around while on their phones and talking to each other instead of making people’s pizzas that they’ve paid for. They’re getting paid to work so that’s exactly what they need to be doing. My pizza was underdone, I ordered hand tossed and got served little ceasers quality pizza, if I wanted little ceasers I would’ve gone there. People here need to fix their attitudes and with the way they talk to people. 0/5 would not recommend. Take your money elsewhere that will give you good quality food that you’ve paid for and good customer service.

As far as the pizza they were done perfectly. Regarding the customer service absolutely horrible. I paid online choosing the pick up window option. I sat at the window for a long time waiting as 2 different employees plainly saw me sitting there. Nobody came to say a word. Ignored as though I were invisible. During this time period a delivery driver arrives and walks into the door that’s over by the pick up window. Guess what? Yeah that’s right he of course saw me sitting there yet no acknowledgement. I finally picked up my phone and called the dang store to let them know could they please hand me my order. I was if course met with Dominoes please hold though there wasn’t a customer one inside the store. The delivery driver guy walked by that window not once but twice and completely ignored me. I finally started waving my hands and he slowly comes to that window like oh God here’s a customer. I told him I’d like my pizza that I had waited on and have been ignored. He handed it to me with no smile no facial expression just blank. I said yeah thanks for finally acknowledging me. What a shame. The pizza was delicious but I don’t think I’ll deal with this location ever again. Managers you better get your stuff together. It is inexcusable for 2 staff members to see a person at that drive thru and completely ignore them as though they’re invisible.

This is the second time my husband ordered from here and we’ll it went from 45 minute delivery to 1hour 30 minutes now it was ordered at 7:20pm and it is now 9:10 pm and it now says that it is in the oven baking..now how is this? It says it went in oven at 9:02 so why wait almost 2 hrs before cooking my pizza that said was out for delivery? And we already tipped the driver on the app I will never order from here again and I will be telling others where I live not to order from here along with my Co workers and my job,they order plenty
