I never been to a Domino’s like that before in my life. Young lady sitting at the counter eating Chipotle and answering calls. When answering the phone its “hello” not Domino’s. Then she goes behind the counter and touches customers boxes and food without washing her hands. Domino’s has nasty and unprofessional workers. Just NASTY

The only reason that I give this store a low score is because of the call that my wife and I had with the manager last evening. We called in a delivery order at 7:30pm last night and after an hour, it showed on the app that the order had not been processed. My wife called and the manager proceeded to say, “We called you in order to let you know that we are on a two hour wait.”
First off, WHAT? You are a manager and can’t get staff to produce? If you don’t have the staff, call coperate or shut off delivery and say pick up only…….
Secondly, my wife stated that there was no call for either of us. We live by Sumter High and no outage. The manager then said that it went straight to Voicemail. My wife just simply asked why she didn’t leave a voicemail? The manager said they do not have to leave one.
Well then, okay. That tells me that you just wanted to cover your butt on a recorded line to lie about even trying to contact us. NOT GOOD BUSINESS PRACTICE! Do better cause this is a good store in a great location.

The staff refused to cut my pizzas into smaller pieces for a birthday party. She stated “we are too busy to do that.” Well I guess I’ll just go to Papa John’s next time. You just lost a weekly customer.

Ordered a pizza early on a Saturday; 2 hours later STILL no pizza. Tried to call to cancel the order; NEVER reached ANY ONE in the restaurant! Got in my car, went there to cancel the order; greeted with, “we’ve just been so slammed and we are short staffed”, same old story. I just don’t understand how I can go anywhere else in the US and order pizza from Domino’s and get it delivered promptly to wherever I may be staying with no issues AND NEITHER OF THE DOMINO’S IN SUMTER can offer good service EVER! I will NEVER order from either Sumter DOMINO’S again; they’re terrible!

Let’s be very clear! Mrs. Kendra with her nasty unprofessional self needs better management training if she’s a manager. First and foremost I called about my order. Was told they didn’t have one. Called the Dominos store on Wesmark and they didn’t have it. Recalled back to pinewood store and finally Mrs. Nasty Kendra finally located my order. I’m explaining to her my order was missing an item. Of, course she gets nasty when it’s not her order or missing item. Asked for the general managers information and was refused that information. Let’s just say this. Kendra will be reported and handled for her unprofessional behavior. If this is her in this picture from two weeks ago she needs to be fired. No excuse for this type of behavior.

Was given an incorrect pizza with my order, I called the store 4 times to try to get the correct pizza and no one was answering. This isn’t the first time we have had this happen with this location, but it will be the last. The store was clean and the girl at the front was polite when I was picking up, just wish they’d answer the phone.

Never order from this location! Over 2 hours from order to delivery. Called after an hour and was on hold with store for 45 minutes. Drove to store while still on hold to see four employees sitting watching the phone ring. Was given massive attitude when asked the store about our order stating they were busy a few hours ago. Insanely rude to my wife and child. This store needs to be shut down

On october 5th at 1:00pm. I ordered around 12:50pm. I get to the store to pick it up. The single employee just keeps talking on speaker phone to a boyfriend or something, takes out others peoples pizza from the oven that just ordered. She just stood there instead of talking to me or anything on the phone while my pizza just sat getting cold. She was too busy on the phone. Im not even explaining how bad this shit was. What a terrible employee

I ordered a pizza online for it to be delivered, when I called to check on it, I was put on hold for 15 minutes so I drove down to the store in the rain to be told that they had not made it yet because they wanted me to know it was gonna be a two hour delivery wait. The manager had an attitude and did zero to help make things right. Last time I ever fool with Dominos.

employees try to ignore people at the window, leave earbuds in while working, and sit around talking while customers wait on food. Make it make sense. Foods good but my food was dropped after I waited 15 minutes for someone to grab it off a shelf, then looked at me like I was stupid.
