I ordered New York style pizza. It’s a delivery time 30 minutes. It came an hour and 20 minutes late The pizza was cold and I had two dipping sauces. They forgot to bring those two. And the driver was asking me for more tip After I tipped him for six dollars definitely I do not recommend this place

I had a call in order. I got there and it was supposed to be curb side pickup. No one came out. My husband went in and it wasn’t ready. She said 8 more minutes. So we hot an email for a free pizza. So we waited. He goes back in. They forgot to cook two things. So we had to wait more. We didn’t leave until an hour over pick up time. My food was terrible. My tator tots and my chicken bites were burned. Not edible. She gave us a free cheese pizza for our wait. Ridiculous. I won’t go back.

One day I will learn to read the reviews before ordering delivery. It was 40 minutes in prep for my one pizza with toppings. It’s been 20 minutes in ensuring deliciousness. Been on hold for 10 to cancel.
Never ever again. Domino’s really isn’t this good.

Being from Chicago, where pizza is excellent, moving to Lugoff, SC is a bit of a surprise. Pizza here is different. At least Dominos stays consistent and is delicious at a wonderful price!

I ordered online so I’d only have to go in and pay. When I got there my order was wrong. The guy started remaking it, I noticed his arms were EXTREMELY hairy, but their policy says they don’t have to wear gloves. The guy made the 2nd pizza wrong after I waited about 30 minutes. The other guy offered to run the missing toppings through the oven, so I ended up with both pizzas. The girl that came in to work looked at me with a nasty attitude as if she knew me, the older guy made tasteless assumptions about my finances, and lastly, a few days later I took 2 slices of pizza to work and found multiple hairs in my pizza!!! I will never go here again!

Used to be a decent location for what it is. Now they are unable to keep orders straight, the app says things are done when they’re not, or things are done and the app says still preparing. Every person picking something up at the same time had some sort of issue the last two visits.

My order was being “prepped” for 45 minutes, and when my food showed up two hours after I ordered I couldn’t eat all of it because the outer edges were visibly burned. The only reason I gave two stars instead of one is because the fastest part of the process was the delivery. Bradley was punctual, polite and I wish I could give him five stars and the food zero.

I had 16 chicken wings deliver to my work at 6 pm and it didn’t get here til 8:15 pm. Really I called and they told me someone took my wings to someone else and the y cook another for me but didnt bother to call me. It does not take 2 hours and 15 mins to

deliver a 30.00 order. I’m not happy with their service. You can not apologize for
something you all did wrong and charge me full price. All they took off was the drivers tip. Get someone that k ow how to run the business. I wouldn’t be ordering here anymore. Next day the did put th delivery drivers tip back on. I will contact corp about this!! I should of got it free or half price.

they were checking for perfection for almost an hour and the estimated delivery time was 30 minutes. the total wait time for them to even set out for delivery was about an hour and a half. the food was almost cold, then i was expected to add a tip. wasted 40 bucks. the food is actually decent when its fresh and hot but the past few times ive ordered it sucked. dont recommend unless youre a patient fan of cold pizza
