So understaffed they should just close this location. We ordered a single pizza at 4:30, called the store and they said driver just picked it up, we wait and then they cancel our order at 7:40. Will not be buying from this location again. Not the employees fault. Dominoes Corporate’s fault for not caring about their struggling locations or employees apparently.

The Worst! Ordered delivery and 2 hours later had to call and cancel. Finally went to another pizza place. They came up with bad excuses the two times we called. The first time they didn’t even ask a name and told us it was going out right then an hour later we called again to cancel. HOW do you tell people the pizza is on its way when you don’t know who you’re talking to?

I ordered from here once about a month ago and it was the worst dominos pizza I had ever eaten. I am normally a fan of dominos pizza and have been eating it happily for years. Tonight I ordered delivery with them to give the location a second shot. I ordered my pizza at 6:33. I called at 7:30 and they told me the driver had just left the restaurant and was heading the other direction to drop off other pizzas first. Surely my pizza will taste like cold cardboard when I get it in another estimated 40 minutes. When I asked if they could refund the cost of the pizza over the phone I was told that they will refund the pizza only if the driver takes the pizza back to the store. Wildly bad location. Will never order here again.

Most importantly, the pizza, wings and parmesan bites were great! I would like to say thank you to the GM, Nathan, for going above and beyond by helping me with my overheating car. He saw that my hood was open, gave me pointers on what to do and even gave me a couple of gallons of warm water for my radiator. I was a bit frazzled by the situation with my vehicle and his kindness really helped my attitude that evening knowing that someone cared. There are still good people out there and they apparently work at the Weaverille Rd Dominoes! Thank you again, Nathan.

We were in AVL for 5-6 days and had been daily to at least one local, non-chain eatery, which is one of the main reasons you go to AVL. That said, one night we just wanted to stay in our apartment and feel like we were at home, where we order from Domino’s. Our unit was only a 5-minute drive from the place, so, I was a little surprised they didn’t deliver. But, the pick-up was worth it. The pizza was ready when it was supposed to be, hot, and well done. We’d do it again!

How is this place still in business. Ordered my $55 for 2 pizza’s and included a nice tip for the driver. Watching the worthless pizza tracker, it never told me that the pizza would NOT be delivered, I had to go pick up. The pizza was cold, the order was wrong, but at least I get a free pizza next time??? what next time. hard pass.
