Tim, the manager at this time lied about adding cheese and contents to the stuffed cheesy bread and then hung up. I went back in and the great people who do work there re-made it by for me. Terrible manager. Check your order, it’s hit and miss

Ordered 2 pizzas for delivery. Upon delivery, one was fine, though cold. The other was also cold, and so burnt as to be unrecognizable. First phone call to complain was hung up on. Second call was answered, and dominoes agreed to void the charges. This was the least they could do and at least they did that. We have had good pizza from this location in the past, but this experience means we will likely not take the risk again. We had ordered these pizzas for ourselves and guests, so a dozen people were left hungry and know how bad the pizza was. So several potential customers lost. Not a great way to run a business. Perhaps others will also read this review and not take the risk either.

The ratings should be 0 after what I witnessed! How disgusting! The pizza maker had long?, stringy, no hair net, ponytail hanging over the raw pizzas he was making. The worst was NO GLOVES. ABSOLUTELY Repulsive!
The guy taking out the pizzas and garlic bites was cleaning his nails over the counter. NO GLOVES.
The Cashier waked out and got in his car, parked right beside the entrance, as I was walking in to pickup my order. I and another lady waited over 10 minutes and no one would check us out. (Which turned out to be a good thing because I got a good look around. Being a Medical Laboratory Scientist, I know what precautions and sanitary things should be in place).
As I walked out, disgusted, I spoke to the Cashier sitting in his car. He said “I have a hernia. I can’t help you..” When I told him I was reporting them to the Health Department, he said, ” We don’t wear gloves ” !!!! I will never go back unless the facility is corrected.
I did try to call the Corporate office. No answer.

We ordered the Memphis BBQ chicken stuffed crust pizza yesterday. It was honestly the best pizza I have ever eaten. Hot, fresh, baked perfectly, and the perfect amount of toppings. The cheese pull from the stuffed crust was what dreams are made of. It was so good, we ordered it again today. It was no fluke. Today’s was just as good as yesterday’s was. 10/10 will be buying again.

Rosa at Doninos was fantastic! She is so friendly and took the time to get my order right (well done crust) and even walked my pizza out to me in the lobby verses just sliding it across the counter. Pizza was great! She is top tier!

I ordered online to be delivered 4 hrs later. I hear a car so I go to the door and I see the guy carrying my pizzas from a neighbors house. He gets in his car so I think he’s going to drive up to my house; next thing I know he leaves. I call the store and speak to someone who tells me I’ll have to speak to the manager. Brian, the manager tells that my address is wrong online; so I give him the correct address and asked if the pizzas will be warm when they come back? Brian responds with, “ you don’t need to call this number again; you are evil” and hangs up on me! I will never order from this store again!
Also I looked at my bank account and I see there are not one but two charges pending to Dominoes! It states that it will take 2-5 days to be credited back to my account!!
I would not recommend this store to anyone!

Ordered extra garlic parm base instead of tomato sauce. Pizza didn’t seem to have any garlic parm at all. This is not the first time it has happened. The last time we only ordered the normal amount of sauce and got none. This time we ordered extra and still got none. Normally order the same thing. Very disappointing.

I am literally sitting in the parking lot now, watching an employee talking on her phone. I had called the store and nobody answered so I came by. When I walked in, she was the closest to me, but did not acknowledge me at all. I stood waiting until another employee came up. I have been sitting in the parking lot for 15 minutes and she is still on her phone, still ignoring other customers who have come in. I would normally not complain, but for nobody to answer the phone and then see someone talking on their personal cell phone is almost a slap in the face.

Order online via uber eats, half an hour later I got the notification that the driver had delivered my food. There was nothing there. An additional 45 minutes later (a total of over an hour and 15 minutes to get my food) my food showed up. I called the dominos to talk about it, and they immediately put me on hold before I had a chance to talk to anyone, and then after 20 minutes of being on hold they hung up on me. The most ridiculous experience I’ve ever had with a restaurant.
Oh it gets better. When my order came in, it was WRONG! So I called them again, and they said they were going to deliver the wings that I never got, and instead I got tater tots. When I called back I heard someone in the back yell that I was lying, and then they hung up on me again.
I called them back again to ask for a refund on the wings that I never got, and tell them that I have pictures of the bread bites that they delivered the first time, and the tater tots that they delivered the 2nd time, and they told me they couldn’t refund the wings, and they couldn’t deliver the wings, and then the guy I spoke with on the phone outright told me to quit complaining and stop lying.
