Everything was great until you wanna charge me en extra $1.05 each for sauce when I jist paid you 32.00. Learn a lesson in business…. the 1st few sauces should be included. “Its the cost of doing business” not we’re greedy and cant thank you for your business by including a few sauces.. ill go to black mtn to my father’s pizza thats locally owed and would rather take care of its customers instead of im gonna get every penny I can out of each one. I had not 1 but 2 terrible experiences here. There’s plenty of pizza place go somewhere else. The first time I ordered my pizza and I showed up in the 45 minutes it told me. When I got to the window they told me it would be another hour until my pizza was ready even though the website never updated or told me.
This time I ordered had my husband drive to pick it up and they gave us the wrong pizzas. They were inedible because I ordered gluten free and neither of these were gluten free. If you are going to attempt to provide gluten free, you should double check before a pizza leaves the kitchen. They said I could drive back (20 minutes ) and pick it up again. When I asked them to deliver they said we were outside their delivery area, not my problem.
Corporate should be embarrassed by this location.

Ordered cakes for the super bowl…. Got there and a worker was chatting to a buddy who was blocking the drive thru with his truck, boyfriend went inside instead…. For $9 we should not be handed a cake that’s been smashed with a workers fist….. I have photo proof…. 2 cakes were fine the last one has a fist imprint on it ..

Ordered delivery and they had it to my house in 20 minutes??? No idea how but it was perfectly cooked too. Also have ordered at another nearby spot (starts with a P) and waited over an hour for them to say they haven’t even started it. Canceled that and ordered here and it was ready in In 10 minutes. I drove back, told them about the issue, and they remade it as fast as they could, correctly.
They even let me keep the screw up, which some pizza places do and some pizza places don’t, and sometimes it just depends on the night or the employee.
But I was very impressed by the care and attention I received from all three different employees I spoke with.
Their 99.0 health inspection rating is well-deserved, but if there were such thing as a service inspection rating, they would get 100.

This place was great when it opened but now they never put the garlic on the crust. It is such an important step in my opinion. I’m probably going to start going back to morgangton dominoes for my pizza cravings unfortunately. Too bad, such a nice store.

Terrible!!! First time ordering and the last time!!! This place has potential but I give it a year before it shuts down. The pizza is obviously thrown all over the place and the wings are pathetic. The driver looked as he hated doing his job even with a $10 tip. Smh. We will continue to use pizza hut. Rather it’s the pay the employees are receiving to make them just not care or you need new staff.
