This Domino’s Pizza is excellent! We love their delicious hand tossed crust. The thin Crust is yummy too. We enjoy the Extravaganzza ANY my personal new favorite is their cheesy pizza with Alfredo sauce, sweet onions & grilled chicken. Two large pizzas make 3 meals for both of us, and the quality is consistently excellent. This Domino’s has a kind and professional manager, and the staff does an excellent job in every way I can think of. They are fast, friendly and they ALWAYS get our order right. We order online and use the drive-thru at least once every week or two. We highly recommend Domino’s Pizza on Main St. in Jefferson! It’s located behind Hardees. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Note: We have discovered that cold pizza can easily be reheated by placing it on a shallow baking pan, covered in tin foil and placing it in a cold oven, set at 275° for 30 minutes.

I had my grandma pick up the order while coming home so I wouldn’t have to get out and I still had to go out because they put the wrong salad in the bag. Thats whatever- I was a little irritated because I had to go get it but on the phone they said I could keep the wrong one because they can’t take it back- I just need to bring it to show I was given the wrong one. Okay will do. 30 minutes of inconvenient driving and they took the wrong salad back and I had to come back home to cold food. Either train staff better or have a meeting about policy. I just hope that salad wasn’t reused because although I didn’t that could’ve been tampered with and it’s gross thinking about eating a reused salad.

Every time I’ve visited the Jefferson, NC location, they have been knowledgeable, friendly and professional. The manager recognizes me when I walk in and let’s me know the status of my order if it isn’t out of the oven. I recommend them for great pizza, subs and pasta.

This place has recently opened and they have some beautiful new equipment and a very nice location. However the ventilation system fans and other machine noises because of the design of the building and the room where business is located the sound is so loud that the person taking your order cannot hear you and I could not hear what the person taking my order was saying back to me. I complained about the problem of not being able to hear the person and the person not being able to hear me but the manager said it wasn’t nothing they could do about it it was impossible. Look we were on the moon before the kids his parents were bored I’m sure the sound problem and being able to speak to each other while ordering can readily be fixed. Food was just okay.
The acoustic ability to hear and speak at the front of this pizza business could be easily fixed there are all types of sound absorption type Construction add-on thingies to change the sound in that area so that people can hear what’s being said. Modern technology can about do anything. Even the manager couldn’t hear me at the drive-up delivery window when I was trying to tell him about the problem of the noise in the place. I understand big machines make big noise but also there are modern methods that absorb sound that could fix their problem in there.

We ordered in the app and had a wonderful experience overall. Pizza tracker was accurate and order was done within the time window they provided. We ordered the stuffed cheesy bread, a build your own (thin crust) and the extravaganzza (which comes with extra cheese). Our order was not outrageously priced and the quality was very good compared to other fast pizza chains. They were EXTREMELY busy (3 vehicles waiting at the pickup window and a parking lot that seemed full) but they were getting orders out at a good pace. The only complaint we could have is both of our pizzas were supposed to have mushrooms and neither had any mushrooms. They may have been out but it would’ve been nice if they could have made us aware but otherwise we were pleased with our first experience with this location.
