I’ve ordered countless times and it’s always been perfect but tonight I ordered the Buffalo chicken pizza which I order often. It had zero hot sauce. I love dominos but kinda disappointed just ordered a Buffalo again. No hot sauce. SMH. Stop selling Buffalo if you can’t get it right.

I wrote specific instructions apparently no one can read or call the number I gave them to inform me they won’t have enough change I haven’t ate all day an when I called them the manager constantly spoke over an acted as if he didn’t care not his problem.. absolutely horrible service

i have nothing but good things to say about this dominos! we order pretty frequently due to working later hours after everything is closed and we’re never let down. our food is always made exactly as ordered and it’s always super hot (almost too hot) when it gets here. and the customer service is top notch every delivery driver we’ve had has been extremely polite!

Ordered $65 of pizzas and wings tonight.
Tried to call on the way to pick it up and was placed on hold and never answered.
When I pulled up, the app said my order was complete. Went inside to request that my wings be made extra crispy and was told he couldn’t but maybe next time…
$65 and I can’t get my food the way I want it……There won’t be a next time!

02/17/2025 Ordered 2 large unlimited topping pizzas for $9.99 each. They were ready in less than ten minutes. The staff are always professional, friendly and attentive. Pizzas were perfectly cooked and tasted wonderful. Will order again soon. Outstanding job

I ordered a large pepperoni pizza and a spinach cheese bread from the Dominies Pizza in Newport NC for supper tonight. When I got home and checked the spinache cheese bread, there was very very little spinache in it. I called and let the manager know, and she replied “I know that I put enough spinache in it”. And, I told her no you did not. So, I told her that I was going to take pictures of the spinache cheese bread and bring up there and show her. So tomorrow I will be taking the pictures that I took and taking them to the Dominos pizza in Newport NC.I WAS NOT HAPPY AT ALL!!!
