Every time I’ve gotten the salad it has been slmy, I’m also annoyed with the contactless delivery, they blow up my phone while I’m trying to get my kids down for a nap so I can eat in peace if yk yk, and then send a text saying they’ll take the order back if you don’t respond when I’ve already clarified to leave it at the door and DO NOT knock, I feel like it shouldn’t be hard but they act like it is.

I ordered a simple order or bread twists And a sprite and waited 2 ours and still didn’t receive my food. Eventually fell asleep ofc because it was so late. Never heard a knock on my door. Called the next morning after my food was jus left on the cement with bugs all night and was told I couldn’t have my food replaced or a refund even though I still had the boxes I wasn’t comfortable eating. Worker had attitude when I called n refused to help at all. Over very disappointing.

The workers here are extremely rude and lazy and have no accountability and treat the service members like they’re trash for ordering food here then try to blame it on the customer I’m tired of having to deal with people with poor social skills and I know most of the base is too someone has to fix it .

The food is average once it arrives but that’s the issue…ONCE it arrives. Almost each time I order it takes over an hour to be delivered to my house. I live 2 miles from the store…I tip minimum 20% each time since that’s how the drivers make a living but the tip is for the service as well…if the service sucks then you didn’t earn the tip. Really makes me not want to tip them in the future unfortunately. Hopefully they can get delivery times sorted out and be better about it.

We ordered a couple pizzas and some wings, our cheese pizza was so overdone there wasn’t even sauce, our other pizza was a little better but still very dry and the wings tasted bad. I called to let them know how bad our food was and was basically told to suck it up. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!! Just because no one else complained today doesn’t mean it wasn’t crap!!! My husband and I order from here often and it’s usually fantastic. My only complaint is that lately when we order online and get chicken alfredo with extra chicken and extra sauce they pay no attention and barely give either of both. If you want extra of anything you have to call and say it specifically. I like the coupon deals on the online ordering system too. The people are nice and quick to get the order through. Overall, satisfied customers.

I ordered this Buffalo Chicken sandwich and after taking a bite, I noticed it was incredibly dry. As you can see, there is almost no cheese or buffalo sauce whatsoever. With the sandwich being toasted for too long, the small amount of buffalo sauce was basically toasted to the bread. I was expecting the sandwich to be loaded with buffalo sauce as described. Overall, It was very dry and hard to eat and I’m a bit disappointed.
