I usually have no issues at this spot. Today I came in and they didn’t have my order. Apparently, it got given away to the customer before me. They all talked about it trying to figure it out but didn’t say anything to me while I was standing at the counter. Then, they came over and said, we’re gonna remake your order now so give us about ten minutes. I said to them, why is no one talking to me explaining what’s going on and apologizing for the inconvenience. They understood my issues with their approach and tried to make it right by refunding my order. They showed me that they listened to customer input and then tried to make it right, which I appreciate.

placed a order on the app at 11am to be picked up at 12 noon. got the the location at 1205 and the rudest manager on duty informed me that my order was not even started yet that they were working on a very large order and will stop what he is doing just to start my order. asked if he was a manager and he stated IM A MANAGER. told him to cancel my order and give me my money back. he said it will go back to my card in 72hrs. asked for a receipt for the refund and he stated he could not give me 1. totally unacceptable

I ordered online like always. The service I received from the drive was great like always. But my food on the other hand it’s never made properly!!! I ordered extra cheese on a medium cheese pizza and it has bald spots from bubbles forming on the dough in the oven. My pizza was not cut all the way through most of the slices. My pizza is not made to domino’s standards!!! Quality control person at the boxing station after it comes out of the oven needs to be retrained because they’re not doing very well at quality control!!!

Food never got delivered. If your driver is aryanna they clearly don’t know how to do thier job since they clicked delivered on my order but never delivered it, i will not be tipping drivers anymore from now on since you hire incompetent people as drivers.

I placed a order for pickup, I got there a little early. When I entered nobody said anything to me. Not a hello or nothing. I stood there making eye contact with employees,nobody looked my way. A employee comes in from outside walks past me and gets greeted by the employees. Still no hey, or nothing. A guy comes in stands pretty much besides me and the guy comes from around the corner doesn’t look at me all and takes his order. He even shows him the specials on the menu. I just walked out. Me personally I won’t be going back to that Dominos. Worst customer service I’ve received in a long time. I should have taken a video. Even one of the top guys was inside. Didn’t acknowledge me either.

Called ahead to see if they deliver to my adress cause it’s a little out of city limits and a little is it is barely out of city limits. The employee on the phone verified they deliver to me so I said perfect thankyou I’ll place an order online .did that . Website gave no we don’t delivery to you messages. Order was being made on tracker and then I get a call. Saying hey we don’t deliver to you and I explained I called ahead and verified you did . They put me on hold to talk to whoever I talked to. And came back and said sorry they weren’t a manger so what they say isn’t accurate. And I said do I have to ask to speak to a manger when I have a question with delivery or anything. He stuttered and put his manger on the phone. The manager apologized and said there was nothing he could do besides cancel the order . Meanwhile I had already had a bad day explains why I called ahead to make sure. And I said what are you going to do about this and he said well you can pick up your order for free. Yes obviously pickup is already free . If I was going to do pick up I wouldn’t have called ahead to make sure you do delivery.manager was rude and had no solution for the frustration his employee caused

Best dominoes I’ve ever gone to. Amanda was quick at delivering (waited a second to eat because it was still hot from the oven). 100% my money’s worth and couldn’t of asked for a better meal. Like I said, literally the best dominos I’ve been to.

It took 45m for a small pizza. Also the box was soggy. So we can tell that pizza was sitting way too long.It was luke warm as well. I’m a restaurant manager, my advice is get it together before corporate is contacted.

Placed an order an hour ago. The online ordering system made me virtually double my order to qualify for delivery. Once they tallied it up together, my total was over 200% of what I wanted to purchase originally.
Apparently the delivery app for the driver sent her across town. No big deal, because I called in to the store to prevent it from getting worse. Mistakes happen.
Then my order was check off as delivered through their online systems. Which was strange, because I had no cars even pull into my parking lot while waiting. No worries, mistakes happen.
Yet it got even worse. I had to call in two more times. Then they called my wife back, not me, while she’s at work and shouldn’t be receiving phone calls. The second time they hung up on me. Still not particularly bothered, mistakes happen.
I called back a third time (now over 30 minutes since it had been marked “delivered”) to be told sorry your driver is new she should be there shortly. Still cool about the whole thing because mistakes happen.
I finally get my pizza, and (attached picture) it’s crushed, the cheese is stuck to the box, it’s flattened, and it’s soggy.
Worst part? This is the second time this exact problem had happened with this dominos. Will be shopping elsewhere in the future. This is no longer a mistake.
Thank you for the late, soggy, squished, cold lunch. (=
Two stars because at least something resembling pizza arrived eventually.
