I can’t say I had the greatest experience at this Dominos. I was here getting food with my boyfriend, Adrien, and as we were leaving we were robbed in broad daylight. Right out front of the store as the workers watched me and my boyfriend were absolutely astounded. We ran inside to try ask for a phone to call the cops. They didn’t move an inch to help us, they just slaved away like puppets to the machine. God bless those dominos workers. I hope they received the exorcist I sent because god bless.

Edit: called the store and the manager kindly replaced 2 of the items and had it delivered. I appreciate an establishment that still provides great customer service
Ordered extra cheese. There wasn’t additional cheese. The hand tossed pie did not have the garlic butter seasoning. The pasta was burnt in one area and cold in another.

I don’t eat out often especially these days. Oftentimes you can find workers that want excellent praise and premium tips for poor service. I’ve also had food poisoning and digestive issues from a few of the restaurants in this area. That was not the case yesterday, however. I ordered from Dominoes in Kinston. The service was fast, the food was great, and the driver was prompt and friendly. Great job guys, thanx

Quality is a bit below standard Dominos, but largely what you expect. Big issue at this location is the speed of service. I ordered online and it said “15-29 minutes for delivery,” which is about right, as I am very close to this Dominos. It took closer to an hour for me to get my food, and the pizza was room temperature, which is completely unacceptable .. they have those hot bags too, so you know the store or the driver had to be messing around for awhile for a pizza to get to room temperature.

Horrible service! when they make a mistake and bring you the wrong thing on your delivery which is often. They don’t make it right. They give you free points so that eventually you can get a free pizza but what good is that when you’re eating a salad that they don’t bring you the salad dressing. What good is that to give you a free pizza later down the line when you’re not able to enjoy what you ordered and paid for today. You would think they would get that but apparently they don’t.

Placed an order at 11pm I understand that y’all close at 12 but I put the order in an hour before close. I used to work at dominos this past year as a delivery driver and I remember clearly there not being a policy where they can cancel and not take an order an hour before closed. I get it’s not the most convenient for them but I did my job when I worked as a closing delivery driver and I expect others who choose to do the same job to do their job. Even if they really didn’t want to make it I don’t care but I care that they waited an hour to cancel my order and leave me waiting for an HOUR for them to cancel it. Just call me and let me know y’all are understaffed or are ready to close or whatever the excuse is. But don’t leave me hanging then make me have to go out after midnight and drive around and find some food because everything else closes.
