The worst service ever!!! I placed an order online for delivery and it got delivered to the wrong apartment, mind you there are 2 buildings 105 and a 205 with the same apartment numbers, my food got delivered to the building that I don’t live in, so I called the store asking what happen with my order because it said delivered but I don’t have it, the girl that answered the phone couldn’t explain nothing to me and hung up, so I called again and again and again with no response.. so I decided to go the store, once I got there I asked to speak with the manager, there was “no manager” so a black guy came to speak with me telling me that the delivery guy had already delivered the pizza and that there is nothing that he can do for me. So I said can you cancel my order and I will place it again? He said nope, I can’t do nothing for you because the order was delivered and you have it.
I told him if the order was delivered I wouldn’t be here, so where is my order??
He said i don’t know but I can’t sell you anything or give you a refund, but I can give you a credit. I told him I don’t want any credits I want my pizzas and my soda. I had to literally argue with him to give me a refund, so placed the order again and he cancelled and gave me a refund again, I asked why did he do that??
He said I’m can’t selling you anything. So finally I decided to leave and he was arguing with me calling me names I told him I wasn’t scare of him and left. Will not be ordering there anymore. This is not the first time this happen to me here.
I do not recommend this place at all just because of the service.

Our domino in whiteville N.C is awsome. They have an awsome food prep line, and everybody stays on task. Great service, may take a little longer on some days but most definitely worth the wait.

Very disappointing Manager. We placed a “later” order for 2 pizzas today. Upon receiving the order one pizza was completely lopsided- one part alfredo sauce only, the other part slid over cheese & toppings. Melted to the side of the box as well. We called the store and the manager requested pictures to be texted to her personal cell for a replacement pizza to be delivered. We sent pics & video of pizza. No response. We called Domino’s back they put us on hold and never came back. We also requested both pizzas be “pie cut” both were square cut, which we overlooked- even though they had 2 hrs notice to get it right. I really hope the owners look into their management. This is extremely poor service.

Ordered Garlic Parmesan wings and this is what they give me. Regular wings with blue cheese squirted over the wings. When I call the store whoever answered tried to say it was Parmesan sauce like I’m dumb. I’ve ordered these wings before and never received them like this. Very dissatisfied

Man let me tell yall don’t come and there the food good and everything but lord do they take long time to serve you, when I was there, there was 3 people working one is busting her butt off the 2nd girl slow and can’t even get the right ticket into the right pizza box and the other 3rd lady is just standing there not doing NOTHING I came in for a small pizza I came to pick it up and tired to buy but they had me on hold in real life I was in a rush I told them I’m tryna pay ig they can’t hear me so I just left I told them they can’t have that pizza I had to go bro aye dominos do better man.

I ordered two pizzas and pepperoni cheese bread at 9:10 and didn’t get it til 10:38. I called the store for over 2 hours with no answer. The food was cold when I got it and attempted to call the store repeatedly but no answer. The guy came walking up very slowly like he was in a daze. I will be calling tomorrow to speak to a manager! It sucked totally!

This store is absolutely amazing, this new management they gotten has taken a turn for the best.. This place has been great since And getting better and better with time of the new manager there, it’s still has a few hick-ups but I’m pretty sure it’ll be fix.. Great job to this store…

I order about 1 time a month, I use my reorder so it’s always the same order. When the driver came I was handed 2 pizza’s and I began to object… well the driver stated that manager didn’t think it was looking good enough so they made me another. I have always been accustomed to the pizza coming like that… but not tonight. Look at the difference!
