Order placed through the Dominos app, paid for, and confirmed with an email from Dominos. About 45 minutes later, received an email saying the order was cancelled and to contact the store with question. The associate and manager knew nothing simply saying they didn’t cancel it and it wasn’t on their screen – very poor customer service, and now I wait 5-10 business days (according to the manager) for a refund.

They cancelled my online order without even contacting me. I drove 8 miles to the store before finding out through the pizza tracker. The door was locked and the girl in the store acted like she didn’t even see me at the door. Very disappointed!

Great customer service and friendly staff. I tried their chicken parmesan sub and my wife had the chicken alfredo and it was pretty good. Something different than pizza. It was fresh and hot and really enjoy that they have a variety for you. Keep up the great work and customer service

We ordered an order that wasn’t very complicated at 623 pm and watched the GPS as the order was out for delivery. The driver came within a mile of our house and then went the other way. After a little bit our order was marked delivered. We called the store and was told that there was no way to track a late order and it was still out for delivery. At around 8:30 we finally got a cold order. The pizza was disappointing. I know that places are short handed but it shouldn’t take 2 hours for a delivery that is less than 5 miles from the store. The food should not be cold. I was very disappointed.

Awful communication and equally bad food. Tried the “hotspot delivery” option since no where delivers to the neighborhood. Waited in a parking lot for 20 minutes past the time, called the store and found out no one was coming?! So had to drive the rest of the way to get cold, flat pizza. It had already been out of the oven for an hour by the time I got it home. And no one even apologized when I got there! I had to ask for the delivery tip to be refunded. Just not good business practices.

I came in this afternoon on a Web-App order, I was a little early from completion. All I can say is, this was/has been a far cry different experience I have received from the other local store I go to. Had I have been a secret shopper, I would have rated what I was served 10/10, every single time. Both employees that were working in the store were helpful, and exceptionally friendly. I was in and out of the store within about 10 mins from my initial purchase, and everything was done to an EXACT T, of how a corporate restaurant should be ran. As a manager of restaurants for over a decade, walking into a clean facility, that fulfilled my order to its fullest of extents, I was a very happy customer today. Thank you
