The young lady who placed my order was very pleasant, but saw a young male come and answer the phone, type on the computer, played with his hat and his hair a little bit, and went back right to making pizza without washing hands! Absolutely disgusting! No one in this building is wearing gloves.
After watching this man continue to play in his hair, I asked for a manager and HE was the manager. Gross. Asked for a refund and all he said was “Okay”. No apology, no nothing.

Austin, the GM, was completely unprofessional. We placed an online order before a storm hit and, hours later, were told it was never received or made—despite the Domino’s app showing it as completed. When I asked what could be done or if there was a number to call, his response was, “I am the best it gets, I’m the GM.” That’s a horrible way to speak to a paying customer.
We were told we’d be refunded, but that never happened either. I understand storms and unusual situations happen, but why tell a customer there’s nothing you can do to get their money back or their food made? This store and its management failed in customer service on every level.

A day later, We called and crystal helped out. She was wonderful! Helped us out and apologized for the inconvenience, which their Gm did none of! She was awesome and did a wonderful job helping us figure out the weird situation! Promote her to GM!

Ordered a Brooklyn style pizza and cheesy bread and both were completely inedible. The pizza was so gross, covered in a gross looking layer of orange grease and it was so thin in the middle it just fell apart and turned to mush when we touched it.
The cheesy bread was not cooked all the way in the middle and freezer burned on the inside.
Definitely never ordering again. Total waste of money.

I had a coupon that was valid for another 30 days but was informed they stopped accepted this coupon August first. Very disappointed they would not redeem a valid, unexpired coupon that they distributed.

The barbecue chicken wings are horrible!!! I called the store on Gordon Road to complain the manager Austin was extremely rude. He takes no pride in the the food that is sent out and basically said “this is domino’s what do I expect”

Mistakes happen, but this is a first. I honestly thought I was getting “punk’d” until I drove all the way back to the store and the manager (who said she didn’t have a name) was extremely rude and not once apologized. I asked if I could have the name of her boss or who I could call to discuss…she said, “I cant give you that, it’s an invasion of privacy”

Jason the delivery driver walked the pizza to the front door of my job instead of stopping at the gate, to insure the pizza wouldn’t get wet because of the heavy down pour.

Ordered a pan pizza with double beef. The perimeter was missing cheese most of the way around. There was one piece that had very little beef. I called to provide feedback, and the person on the call immediately jumped into defensive mode rather than listen to feedback. I am/was a regular of this Gordon Road Dominos. But never impressed with the location and definitely not the customer service. I will try to avoid this location in the future.

So there is a 50-50 chance that your food will be good. About half the time I call my food is amazing and the other half is disgusting. The service is always great. They always show up on time. It’s easy to order online. It’s just one of their cooks really sucksand the food will be raw even though your order well done.
