Domino’s is usually my “go-to” for pizza. Cheap, simple, convienent and usually good. Tonight’s order was disappointing. For at least the third time, ordered a pizza with buffalo sauce and it didn’t have any. I mean, how hard is it to read the order ticket. You got the other 2 toppings corrrect, how do you miss one? I may have to re think where I get my pizza from going forward.

I walked in and ordered a takeout pizza tonight. There were a bunch of people working and they asked if I needed help in a timely manner. I placed my order and the clerk told me it would be about 7 minutes until it was ready. The pizza was in my hands exactly 7 minutes after he said it! Although that time was pretty quick overall, and on par with what the clerk, another employee apologized for any delay and said it would be up shortly. The pizza was delicious and, even though it took me roughly 30 minutes to start eating it (my fault), it was plenty warm.
There was nobody eating inside the restaurant, but they do have ample seating space. One other person came in and picked up an order and he was helped immediately, nearly walking from the door, up to the counter, and straight back out the door. The place was very clean, even the floors behind the counter looked like they were recently mopped. Each employee was wearing a mask and anyone touching the food was wearing gloves also.

Very inconsistent results. One day I’ll order a pizza and the toppings and pizza is made well, but there is no seasoning at all on the handmade crust. Order the exact same pizza the next day and the crust is seasoned but it’s flat as cardboard with missing extra cheese. Tonight, I most definitely paid Domino’s prices for Lil Cesar’s pizza.

What has happened to this Dominos. It was good in the past. Not last week or this week!! Last week our deep dish was not cooked. Dough was not cooked and missing toppings pizza lukewarm even though picked up on time. Just now picked up our order. Chose hand tossed this time because the pan pizza was not done. Well this hand tossed is so thin you would expect it to be thin crust but not crispy. I ordered extra cheese but quess what hardly any cheese! And bare on some spots. Hardly any sauce! And topping not even or sparse. This location used to be very good!! Whoever made this pizza did not do a good job at all!! Very disappointed again

By far the best Dominos I’ve been to, and honestly maybe even the best pizza I’ve had in Wilmington. I’ve had many, many fancy Wilmington pizzas and they are all fine (how can you go wrong with pizza??) but this dominos is ALWAYS amazing!! Alex is so great but all the staff I’ve encountered are friendly and helpful. I promise I’m a real person who likes great food, and I’m still writing that this dominos is worth eating at. For the price and the quality you can’t beat it!
