This dominos used to be my favorite, now they are slowly declining in their product. There’s hardly any toppings on my pizza.

I have ordered from this Domino’s many times. It is usually good if you pick it up yourself. They have a drive thru pick up window. Delivery sometimes takes an hour. One time, my thin crust was burnt, but when I complained they made it up to me. The pasta and stuffed bread is also good.

The Dominoes commercial brought me here! It was food porn at its finest! Came on the excitement of receiving such poet gooey cheese stretch performance for my taste buds pleasure and Christopher and his crew made it happen! Not only are my taste buds phenomenally excited and satisfied like that cool breeze you feel on those hot nasty days but he was courteous, had a positive vibe, treated his workers with respect and made the environment welcoming! I was traveling through the area on my way back to SC and wasn’t feeling a sandwich. Used the app and it zeroed in on this location. When I arrived a few minutes later I waited outside to take a stretch. When the app notification said I was ready, I walked in and the young lady was cutting my pizza straight out of the oven and then brought it right away to the counter piping hot! Couldn’t have been any better experience.. absolutely seamless from start to finish! She was polite and courteous and served with a smile..great location! I’ll return when in that town.
P.S. Based on other reviews..for those that have mentioned delays when calling in orders, please consider the app. You can still pay at the store if you don’t want to pay online. My food has always been ready EXACTLY when the notification says at all locations I’ve visited. It’s the world we live in where app orders take priority and keeps them pretty busy. Please don’t take it out on the store or employees. Every Dominos I’ve been to the employees are staying busy, unlike a lot of places! And the stores and people look clean, they’re courteous and professional!

A disappointing experience occurred today, May 25, 2025, around 1:39 PM, at Domino’s. My husband went to pick up an online order that I had placed. Unfortunately, the cashier, Michael, was extremely rude and unhelpful.
When my husband gave my name for the order, not realizing it was under his, Michael (we believe his name was) became highly unpleasant instead of assisting him. With only two items, the order should have been easy to locate. Instead of offering a quick solution, Michael’s response was a terse, “Well, why don’t you just get the name right?” This kind of remark is completely unacceptable and made what should have been a simple pick-up a very frustrating encounter. A little patience and a willingness to help would have gone a long way.

My husband placed an order 3 hours prior to when he wanted it to arrive, placed around 5, wanted it around 8pm. And I understand things happen, but our order was 35 mins after 8pm. And all our pizza and the order of cheesy bread was room temp at best. This was probably the worst experience I’ve had with this location, guess I’ll have to go pick up at the other location from now on. This is ridiculous and my husband isn’t happy it’s football night.

I ordered on line for pick up tonight. When I went in to get it thru the drive thru window, the new General manager was the one to cash me out. They were very busy tonight and my wait wasn’t long and the pizza was ready, hot and delicious on time. The manager was so friendly and made me feel important as a customer. you can tell he has a gift with customer service. Normally this location gives sub par service but tonight was different. Hopefully under his new management this location will be a great representation of your company.

I WAS a frequent customer here, but tonight I placed my order and waited almost 2 hours for my food. When the food finally arrived it was cold and I refused to pay. If this is the way Domino’s treats its customers I don’t understand how it has lasted this long. I was not offered any type of discount so the food was returned and my family’s pizza night was a disaster. The delivery guys name was Thomas and he allowed me to speak with his manager Richard. After all the food I have purchased there I never expected this. I would not want to know how first time buyers are treated. I am giving 1 star because I can’t give a negative star. I hope everyone reads this and thinks twice before wasting time with Domino’s. It’s best to drive to Pizza Hut.
