I didn’t catch the name of the driver (neck tat and super friendly). This man got these hungry kids their food and made a solid choice of Fanta to replace out of stock Sprite. I forgot to update my phone number so he made a great judgment call…these boys would’ve taken me out if they had sugar and caffeine. Food as order and hot. Kids fed. Day saved. Recommend raise. Thank you!

Some food was burned, my wings were not done infact they were cold, and I paid for extra cheese and pepperoni and didn’t get it plus the pizzas were cold. Never going back, what is it with all of the restaurants in Jack Britt? They All have poor service and food, gotta be because it’s all kids working with a phone in their hand, that’s more important I guess these days.

For anyone wondering. Brooke, IS the STORE MANAGER. We ordered at 7:15 , shortly after we get a call saying theyre out of BP dough , which means no sides / breadbowls etc. so we had to reorder . It took until 9:00 for our food to get here . (For 2 simple REGULAR pizzas) Not to mention the delivery driver then drove across our yard to our front door. /disregarding the driveway.
To then deliver our poorly made , crunchy, lukewarm pizzas with large air pockets . Heres the pics , hope this helps !

Sometimes its hit or miss. We always order Italian sausage pizza. Feel like they can put more sausage on it, but over its pretty good. I will say Im kind of annoyed that they make u pay for marinara sauce to go with the bread bites.( used to be free)

On October 19th I placed an order at 10:28pm for 2 regular pizzas. At 11:28pm I was informed via text my delivery driver, Brad, was on his way to my house. For reference I live roughly 5-10 minutes away from the store. I was then informed at 12:14am that my order was cancelled with no explanation via text.
I was issued a refund however it has not processed yet, and I was forced to find another fast food option for food that night. It created a massive inconvenience and when I called the following day to inquire about what happened and why it took almost 2 hours to cancel my order I was told “The GM isn’t here and the current manager had no idea why that happened but I could call back later to figure out why”
This is the second major inconvenience this store has caused my family and I would highly recommend to anyone and everyone to avoid this domino’s at all cost. If I could give it zero stars I would.

This Domino’s across from Jack Britt is a joke. Pictures are 2 of the same pizzas. The pizza on the left is from across Jack Britt and the right from Raeford rd. I emailed the lady and asked where the cheese was. No response. If I wanted just bread I wouldn’t have spent $20 and I would’ve spend $6 on bread sticks. I tried this place 3 times. Each time the food was subpar & the owner at this location doesn’t care. Go to the Dominos on Raeford rd.

My pizza was already ready. I told them several times that I had received a text message saying my pizza was ready, but the employee was very rude and told me I had to wait forty-five minutes because they were very busy. After I insisted a few times, they finally checked and realized my pizza was already prepared.

So we ordered a NY style pizza and got a Garlic Parmesan Crust which was Delicious! We tried to order it again but the Only option is to get a Stuffed Crust with Garlic Parmesan so we spoke with the Manager and she said it’s literally against Company Policy to put Garlic Parmesan on a regular crust. It can Only go on a Stuffed Crust. I’m Dumbfounded!! She said it was mistakenly done last time…….The sad part is Dominos is a Franchise so your complaints go right back to the Business which means you’re literally taking this issue back up with the same person. ♀️ ♀️

When ordering food, whether it be pizza, desserts, or bread sides, my food is consistently poorly and carelessly made. I have never had a problem with the quality of my food from dominos until I started ordering from this location. I have ordered about 5 times, all delivery in the past year. Every time i ordered, it said a person named “Brooke” prepared my order. The way that my food looks when I receive it makes me feel like this person does not care at all about giving customers a satisfactory experience, or her job at all. Please, management, conduct an evaluation of your employees at this location. At this point, I am going to start ordering carry out from another location.
Direct examples: My pizza orders have consistently looked messily put together every time i order. I ordered lava crunch cakes from this location a few days ago and 1 of my 2 crunch cakes was not whole, with a broken piece of it on the side, and with no icing, which comes with it.
