I ordered a pizza online, but when I went to pick it up, I found that it didn’t have the chicken I had requested. When I returned to the store, no one apologized for the mistake. The staff was dismissive, as if I wasn’t allowed to point out the issue with my order. This is the second time this has happened. Instead of making a new pizza, they just threw some chicken on top in a messy way. Very disappointing experience. NOT RECOMMENDED

I ordered 2 large pizzas for carry out. After paying for my order, I was handed 2 pizzas 1 that had bubbles and was burnt and the other looked like it had been dropped on the floor. I showed the staff both pizzas and asked if they can be remade. The shift manager. Dustin told me that the pizza that was burnt was OK and he is not going to remake it, but he was willing to remake the 2nd pizza. I explain to Dustin the shift manager that both Pizza‘s were made with poor quality He ignored me and walked to the back. Long story short
I asked Dustin the shift manager for a refund he said OK and made me wait until he was caught up with his pizza orders. I like Domino’s Pizza. I hate this location. Customer service and Dustin sucks. The quality of the food sucks. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM HERE AGAIN!

Ordered 2 pizzas, and they both seemed thin for hand tossed. That wasn’t the main problem.
Somehow one of the pizzas literally had a hole in it. The missing piece wasn’t stuck to the top of the box so idk where it went. Let them know I was short on time and wanted a replacement.
They didn’t start making the replacement until I returned, so I asked for a refund instead. They would only give store credit. I unfortunately didn’t have time to argue with them.

My husband picked up our dinner and I can’t even eat this it is so burnt on top and on the bottom. I called dominos to see if they would bring me a replacement, we only live about 5 miles away but not in the delivery area, and they would not deliver a replacement to me but said I could pick up a replacement tomorrow. I will not use them again. I don’t normally do reviews but this is ridiculous.

This speaks for itself. I’ve worked at dominos and never seen something more lazy. They obviously forgot the sauce and laid it on top. When I tried to call the line was constantly busy. If your going to give someone this type of pizza you might as well keep the line open. The dough doesn’t even look like a pan pizza. Whoever was in the dough and sauce corner should be ashamed. The pasta I got was correct so it seems it’s a upper management error.

I called so they can fix the issue. To make this review short they could have cared less about fixing the mistake they made. End of the review to say I don’t recommend and I felt like I wasted my money and should have went to zaxbies or smithfield they haven’t disappointed me. Sorry workers they decided
Stole tips or whatever from me , pictures attached. Be aware when you pick up your order. Additional charges on my debit card were made. Again watch out from these humans. I wouldnt trust them with my food either.

The simple fact that they’re open till 1am, at least locally, is worth 5 stars. The app is simple to use and easy to make the payment through, and I believe there’s an option to pay with cash, even when ordering online, which is rare as far as I’ve seen anyway. Pizza was done in good time, and ready to be picked up as the app indicated. The order appears to be correct, though I did have to remind them about the side cup of marinara I ordered…. Haven’t tasted the pizza yet, but it sure smells pretty tasty…. Always a plus when your purchase leads to future free pizza via their point reward system. Had to add in since trying the pizza, it was delicious!!!
