I ordered 2 large pizzas for carry out. After paying for my order, I was handed 2 pizzas 1 that had bubbles and was burnt and the other looked like it had been dropped on the floor. I showed the staff both pizzas and asked if they can be remade. The shift manager. Dustin told me that the pizza that was burnt was OK and he is not going to remake it, but he was willing to remake the 2nd pizza. I explain to Dustin the shift manager that both Pizza‘s were made with poor quality He ignored me and walked to the back. Long story short

Ordered late night and the manager was rude i told him i asked for hand tossed he made it thin crust then he argued with me saying that was the hand tossed for the 10” i know it was wrong i worked dominos meany years as an AGM i know the difference between the 2. I asked the manager to replace the pizza he refused and cancelled my order all because my order was the last order. Poor customer service dude should be given a class or something on customer relations.

Ordered a large cheese pizza, two orders of lava crunch cakes, two chicken habanero sandwiches, a chicken alfredo pasta bowl, and an Italian sausage marinara pasta bowl. The pizza literally had no cheese on it and the sauce and pizza were burnt, the crunch cakes was the only thing not screwed up, the chicken habanero sandwiches were filled with jalapenos but only had two or three pieces of chicken and didn’t have any sweet mango habanero sauce or cheese, the chicken alfredo pasta bowl was just a little bit alfredo and pasta and didn’t have a piece of chicken in it, and the sausage marinara pasta bowl was a little bit of pasta with a coating of marinara and 2 or 3 pieces of sausage and the everything was burnt completely. The food was absolutely disgusting and will be elsewhere. The food use to be good, but now is gross and disgusting let alone edible.

Placed order at 8:30pm, 10:15 and still don’t have it. Try to call 5 times get an automated system that transfers to a dial tone. I guess it easy to mess up orders when the customer can’t call the store directly and complain. Now we have to go to the store because the online order has been paid for and can’t get hold to anyone at the store for help.after going up to the store, we were told they only have 1 delivery person. They gave no discount or nothing for our trouble, acted like refunding the delivery fee and tip was a for our trouble. Spent almost $60. WOW!!!!!!!!!

This speaks for itself. I’ve worked at dominos and never seen something more lazy. They obviously forgot the sauce and laid it on top. When I tried to call the line was constantly busy. If your going to give someone this type of pizza you might as well keep the line open. The dough doesn’t even look like a pan pizza. Whoever was in the dough and sauce corner should be ashamed. The pasta I got was correct so it seems it’s a upper management error.

The simple fact that they’re open till 1am, at least locally, is worth 5 stars. The app is simple to use and easy to make the payment through, and I believe there’s an option to pay with cash, even when ordering online, which is rare as far as I’ve seen anyway. Pizza was done in good time, and ready to be picked up as the app indicated. The order appears to be correct, though I did have to remind them about the side cup of marinara I ordered…. Haven’t tasted the pizza yet, but it sure smells pretty tasty…. Always a plus when your purchase leads to future free pizza via their point reward system. Had to add in since trying the pizza, it was delicious!!!
