Ordered pizza tonight to make it an easy dinner. My husband picked up our order and brought it home. Dominos in Clinton , NC had failed to give him all of the order and made one of the pizzas that we received incorrectly. I called to see how we could resolve this and my easy dinner ended up taking an extra 45 minutes because the only resolution was to remake the pizza and I had to drive 15 miles back to pick it up and the 15 miles back home.

Grabbed an order to go tonight. Guy in the front was very friendly and helped me figure out how to process our gift card. Food was top notch. Plenty of cheese on the chicken bites. Pizza was great. Lots of seasoning on the bread bites. As a dominos regular for a couple decades, this is probably the best order I’ve ever had from there. Thank you!

Front counter was sweet. Manager isn’t a manager. Has ear pods in both ears and when front counter asked about me getting boneless wings n adding bbq which I’ve done several times just not this location. The manager walked up removed one ear pods to hear the question , responded we don’t do that hear and put ear pods back in and walked away. Just wow golden customer service at this location. Won’t ever be back and will report to corporate. Wasn’t handled professionally at all. I wasn’t the only one being ignored or treated rude. So update got my cheesey bread I settled for. Bacon jalapeno stuffed bread. I got 1 jalapeno and no bacon. Wasn’t even worth goin in and saying anything due to the careless manager.

I am from Faison/Clinton but have never ordered Domino’s until 7.14.25. Y’all, why does the pizza taste frozen?
I live in Durham and I remember when Domino’s changed their recipe and it tasted sooooo good. I remember when everyone was happy about that.
This owner’s pizza tastes no better than Digiorino’s. I was very, very disappointed. The sauce reminded me of the recipe from the 90’s before the improvement. The crust was not good either. It wasn’t light and chewy, just cardboardy. The onions were almost non existent on my P, O, M S pizza. They weren’t cresents or slivers they were so finely chopped I did not see them at first. They were out of mushrooms and the sauce tasted like it was a knock-off of pizza sauce.

I don’t know why it has 3.9 reviews this place is actually good. Food was also good. Washrooms are clean too! I would definitely recommend this place for your go to pizza place.

Went in today for carry out. Tried to Oder online but that a problem for another day. I stood at the counter waiting to order and no one acknowledged me. One person was mopping floors and another was making pizza. The man making pizza was two feet front register and did not even look up. The other person just continued to mop floors!! I would have settled for I’ll be with you in a minute but nothing. After awhile I walked out!!!!

I recommend no one ever use tap to pay at this location because you will be double charged, lied to that the charge will fall off, and accused of committing fraud when you try to rectify the situation with your bank. I have all the receipts and dates and I’m sure they can pull the footage of me paying twice and talking to the manager who was on shift at the time when it happened but they won’t care I’m sure.
Went to the manager to try to understand why we couldn’t pay with a card anymore and was accused of committing fraud and talked down to. Foods fine though. It’s unfortunate this is the only location in town. We won’t be returning after 13+ years of being a Domino’s customer.
It’s too late in the day to call corporate so I’ll call in the morning but it’s doubtful this stores management will care, as she was extremely condescending to my husband, so this review is for other paying customers.
