After an hour and a half to get my delivery, the pizza was cold and nasty. This place needs better management that knows how to schedule their staff. Fortunately, the manager did offer a refund so I can take my money to a better place that can provide the service they advertise.

We ordered almost 80$ worth of pizzas, 5 of them to be exact. When we got home with them they were all chesse. So I called back to the store and made them aware. The lady that answered acted as if she had an attitude and like she couldnt find my order. Put me on hold for 10 mins, came back to the phone and asked for my phone number now she finds the order, tell me to bring the pizzas back they gave us and they will remake them. I explained to her that I live 20 mins away and coming back was not an option considering I had someone else pick them up. She told me she would put it down as a credit for when I return. Two day later I call to get the order, now they have no record of the order. The manager did nothing to help me resolve the situation only telling me to call a 800 number which he didn’t provide. Needless to say I’m upset about my money, but also I had a bunch of hurry children who were disappointed about their food. I WILL NOT BE ORDERING DOMINOES EVER AGAIN.

Every time I order here, the order is either wrong, completely mixed up and/or cold if delivered, when I literally live not even 5 minutes away from the store and watch the tracker and they go around the whole county first instead of right down the road. I try to be patient but every time I try to call back to the store to fix the issue, and speak to someone, the calls are almost like being screened. I get put on hold and then hung up on. My family used to love dominos and so did I, but this is the final straw. Ordered chicken Alfredo pasta which is supposed to come with white meat breast and tonight there were huge chunks of soggy breaded chicken that were crumbled up in the pasta. It looked like the chicken meat that’s used on sandwiches and subs etc. SMH! Better luck to the next! Lol

Placed an order online and after an hour it was cancelled. Called and they said they don’t deliver to me even though it’s not that far. They couldn’t call me right away and tell me but waiting an whole hour to just cancel it without my knowledge. Splendid management

Honestly that was SUPER surprising! I used to be a GM at Domino’s in 2000. I’ve been ordering from Papa John’s for the last 20 some years. Tonight was the first time I’ve ordered from Domino’s. Great driver! Gregory was very nice to chat with! Food was hot. Chicken bites tender. Cheese steak sandwich was good considering it went threw an oven and not on a flat top. Impressive!! Pizza is super great! Pasta was different but good.

Here from out of state we ordered pizza around 6pm and said estimated time was 33min for delivery. 728pm still no pizza. Called store they were not very pleasant and said pizza was “about to walk out the door now”. Also we were only .5 miles from the store.
