Poor quality food, poor effort and/or choosing people that don’t quite care about the product that is released. You see the advertisements that are released with the wings. They look delicious. Just received my wings and they are the same color as Drake, and buffalo sauce was drizzled on my wings like someone put ketchup on a hotdog. Both boxes. Then I call, to be explained 8 wings only deserve 1oz of sauce. Think of the last salad that you bought, and you get that one measly dressing and say man where the dressing at?! Google 1oz of sauce for reference. 8 wings. Thing about that salad from the beginning had no sauce. It wasn’t being advertised with any dressing. It’s lettuce and veggies. It’s a salad. So when I call and order BUFFALO wings, I expect buffalo wings. Not this… So imagine if I got BBQ, thicker viscosity I would have gotten less! So I should be happy right? Don’t do it for the customer. Do it for your bottom line. Cause that’s how you keep the good customers . Couldn’t do a better job?! What about those drivers?! Surely they aren’t speeding, underpaid, or overworked. Cause yall do everything right, you are measuring sauce for wings so surely, everybody in there is doing everything right. Going 44 in a 45. Not rolling thru any stop signs. Not hooking their friends up with “special” pizzas for the free or nothing extra. Surely no employees are getting away with free pizzas or items. Surely this place stays within the lines. And surely they have never messed up any other food of mine in the past. Cause they are measuring sauce so I know these guys are on point.

We ordered some pizza online and it was taking a while so I called and I wasn’t expecting them to answer but they answered right away and explained they were short staffed having only 2 people working. So I understood and they ended up coming a few minutes later and it was delicious! So the fact they were working extra hard they still brought us the food and made it delicious. He was also very nice and professional.

Ordered a large cheese pizza and it came extremely dry and barely no pizza sauce. The pizza looked like it was just reheated and definitely was not fresh. The pizza was terrible. Try to heat up in microwave and add a little bit of my own sauce but it still was not good.

Rick, Ridge, Ciara, Jesse are phenomenal employees. Give all of them raises and promote them. The atmosphere was very busy, but the were in since and communicating with each other extremely well. Very courteous, and extremely polite. Rick the manager was extremely professional and handled herself with class with a disrespectful customer on the phone. This store always meets/exceeds my expectations with how the prepare my order.
I stopped going to the Raeford location because they always skimp on toppings.
Tonight’s experience just solidified my reason for only going to this dominoes to get my pizza when I want dominos. If you’re looking for a consistent dominos pull up at this one. Employees are always extremely friendly and handle themselves with class.

This was yall last time offering poor service today. First, I always tip yall ($10 upwards even on pick up orders where yall have to do NOTHING) but today? Absolutely took the cake! I arrived and attempted to enter but the door didn’t let me in a white male on shift looked at me and then looked away. So I wait like “ok maybe the lobby is closed I’ll wait”. After about 5 minutes a black woman with a very short Afro/ small amount of hair approaches the lobby walks up and pushes the door towards me and says “it’s been unlocked” I said “Well, no, cause it didn’t unlock and I tried twice and knocked twice” both times I was stared in my face by the white male! White male comes to counter and says “here is your order, sorry about that”. You both aren’t sorry about nothing. That was weird. The female who actually opened the door after spawning from the back which tells me she had been watching the entire thing. Video is going to corporate of the entire interaction. Here is a clip for store manager of who was on shift, the female (after I left) was obviously arguing with maybe herself but it’s recorded. Very weird interaction as I was being a regular customer! Not being rude or combative but, what was that?! Why was I treated that way?

So the only thing I liked about this place is ordering from the app. It was easy too order and track my food. They delivered it to my car in a timely manner.
BUT… I ordered two 8 piece garlic Parmesan chicken wings. The chicken looked like it was from food lion across the street and they added Alfredo sauce over it. Couldn’t even taste no Parmesan or garlic. LOL pure laziness.

Highly disappointed that I had to a pay a delivery fee and the delivery drinker did not have all of my items on the first trip. Now I’m stuck sitting here hungry because I refuse to eat without something to wash it down with. I literally live up the road and it’s taking her at least an hour to get back. I’m pissed!!!
